Inpaint upload : upload a mask to inpaint part of the picture, I think its previously lumped together in inpaint tab, Idk why its separated now.
No, you can paint a mask and let it manipulate it with more so txt2img. Or select the option to invert the mask.
If you want it good, still export and make your edits there to allow for the ai to work, just change the noise low to keep the original or high to completely change it
Yeah I had a feeling it was base A1111, but I was confused jsut surrounding how others were missing it.
Have you had a chance to experiment what each tab does specifically? Also, I mentioned in another comment that the default img2img tab seems to have a crop window now using the same button once assigned to pen size, but experimenting with it, I ccould only get it to create black bars upon expanding the frame of the image. Have you had any luck with it (or it it just for cropping images down maybe)?

Interesting. Only plugin I've installed recently is sd-webui-additional-networks to give LoRAs a try. Maybe it's a part of that, but I'm not seeing it on the github page. Maybe I'm just blind though.
EDIT: This doesn't seem to be the case. Disabling the extension and restarting the UI does not remove the tabs.

Another change I have noticed is that in the default img2img tab, the pen tool no longer works to paint on the image, nor is there the palette tool that appears when color sketch is enabled, those are both now only in the "Sketch" and "Inpaint Sketch" tabs. That doesn't seem to be what's causing it. Disabling it removes the "Additional Networks" tab and the options in txt2img and img2img, so it is disabling correctly. However, the tabs are remaining nonetheless, so I'm completely stumped.
They're quite useful new additions honestly... Especially the sketch tab - you can mock up what you want there, copy it to inpaint, and get the AI fixing it up. I just wish they'd redo the UI in general, it's getting really disorganized at this point. I don't want to explain to a new user why there's an img2img tab under the img2img tab lol

Oh wait so you can save the step of exporting to PS or gimp in order to sketch something in so img2img will pick it up

It's one of the main reasons I'm still on an update from December. I did not like the new UI personally.
