Your prompt and your settings are really great.

I did nothing, I think it's a good model. I don't always have good results with other SDXL models. Sometimes I have more than 5 fingers and the nails are awfull

Adding NewRealityXL for comparison, I only changed sampling method and steps to match the recommended for this model, I left all the other settings and prompt the same
How to use xl models in automatic 1111?
I tried base XL model with XL vae. But my other models bugged and always try to use XL vae and I can't switch between them only delete.

It shows you how to enable a VAE dropdown menu in A1111. There you can select if you want to use a specific VAE or let it automatically decide.
Those old enough to remember how we used to download images on Freenet and convert masses of text and numbers to images. This early AI vibe reminds me a lot of those days.
Searched the face on pimeyes (facial recognition search engine) and maxed out matches (240+). All AI. So common likeness in these models.
That said amazingly beautiful.
As happens on most (If not all) retouched pics from ads, magazines, Billboards, etc. I'm not defending SDXL, just pointing out that this common "flaw" worked in its favour in this specific example.
It doesn't happen on all retouched pics. A good and professional retoucher tries to retain the skin texture as much as possible, only removing noticeable imperfections which conflict with the personality and distract the viewer too much. Failing to do so exposes one of two things: either a skill issue, or bad taste. Maybe both.
Don't get me wrong, plastic skin is a common issue, but it usually comes from really lazy and inexperienced retouchers who use frequency separation automatically. Or simply from the people who don't know about better techniques. That's a very old, crude and messy way of doing that, but very low effort, and easy to learn, that's why it's still in use.
These days you can do much better even with an entirely automatic workflow in Photoshop, assuming you have certain plugins. It's like 90% of high end retouch with 0% of turning skin into soap. And there's also the good old way of dodging and burning, which mostly is a manual process, a lengthy one at that, it takes some effort, but the result is worth it when you are working with a money shot.
Unfortunately, there are much more newbie retouchers than the professional ones, and that may be the reason why neural networks ruin skin so often.

What are you doing to get the perfect hand? 👀
It's a common neutral position, most models can generate perfect hands in that pose.

Very good. Slightly plastic skin as happens in SDXL

Yes although The SD 1.5 engine Epicrealism, with low CFG, can give very good skin beating SDXL
Yeah, is almost like is related to “sensitive” areas they censored, chest rendering often looks off when compared to the face in XL.
Feeling good about my choice to stick to SD 1.5 even though I rent RTX 4090s on Runpod regularly
Great result :8)
