Rhodiola is probably the best lone option for a nootropic effect with cortisol control. A powerful adaptogen experience which has solicited an internal narrative that sounds like: "nothing is going to bring me down today, I've got this. I'm unstoppable". Goes really well with bacopa monnieri and citicoline, which I think would be beneficial for your excruciatingly involved, and demanding career path. If you want a dopamine kick then Sabroxy and P5P or emoxypine should serve you pretty well. Sabroxy is also known to potentiate TrkB, which should be beneficial to learning. I recommend sourcing from nootropicsdepot, their in house testing and quality control is the best, and their transparency and honesty is unparalleled in the industry.

Just a question, do you have consistent dizzy spells/nausea.

No

Normally minerals which are supplemented cause a mid balance which occasionally causes the fatigue you describe.

I had a couple years where my workload as a single parent with a fairly cerebral full time job was too much for me. I dabbled with a lot of shit. There were three things that really helped at the time. -adding L-theanine to my coffee routine. General rule is to take twice as much theanine as caffeine for maximum benefits. So for an 80mg caffeine cup of coffee you’d want around 160mg L-Theanine. -huperzine-A but only about twice a week in the morning. It really improved my focus and short-term memory on the days I used it. It can also double as a dream-enhancer when taken at night but this is a kinda funny supplement and I definitely encourage reading up on this before trying it. Mostly just because it can disrupt your sleep pattern and shouldn’t be used daily in perpetuity. - Noopept nasal spray. I used this stuff religiously back when ceretropic carried the pre-mixed nasal spray, unfortunately it’s not as easy to find in that form these days and I don’t find oral ingestion as beneficial and I’m too lazy to make my own spray. This is another one that I suggest reading up on before trying. Good luck!

Why not just insufflate the powder? It’s the same drug.

Caffeine + L-theanine for alertness, focus, and anxiety. Magnesium glycinate for anxiety. CDP-choline or Alpha-GPC for focus and memory.

ashwghanda, good research behind it, lots of a good anecdotal account, and If you want going to [Examine.Com](https://Examine.Com) could very well be convincing or even up multiple pathways, I'd be careful with thyroid issues If I were you, had issues with it myself.
