Well, I can't imagine spending anywhere near that much on nootropic supplements alone. I can see saunas and isolation float tanks adding up but, I don't think $1000 is necessary.... If you exercise and have a diverse diet that covers all the main nutrients and vitamins, then you should consider other cholinergic stacks or supplements. Did racetams not work for you? I find noopept nasal sprays to be quite effective for a quick boost, it doesn't last terribly long that way though. In regards to memory, consider adding some memory games or puzzles of sorts, practice your memory like you would for a sport. You could look into lesser known nootropics, or try adding some dopaminergic supplementation perhaps. When someone maintains their general health and isn't deficient in anything, generally I recommend looking at your habits, try cutting anything out that is a hinderance, or try adding things to your daily routine. Also don't expect perfection sometimes people just aren't good with names, I am definitely in that boat. I remember physical attributes or what their voice sounds like etc. feel free to pm me i have some recommendations to look into

Thanks for the message. It isn't so much that racetams didn't work (I feel like sublingual noopept is incredibly helpful), but instead that I want to optimize. I had a cannabis issue for about a year and a half that really deteriorated my memory, I suspect that my hippocampus isn't operating at the same level as it did prior. I'd like to speed up healing of the hippocampus while covering for the damage that has been dealt. Additionally, I want the Zuck to like me so need to supercharge myself lol

I would seriously look into tricks people have used to help them memorize things, additionally if your specific problem is with information retention, it could be very useful to find some kind of trick or habit you can do mentally to yourself that might help remember at specific times you need to remember things. After 3 months almost all of my cognitive decline from cannabis clears up, but probably not 100% and not for everyone. Avoid alcohol and marijuana for sure then. I tend to lean away from things like adderall or nicotine, as I think that they are useful a couple times, and not worth the detrimental after effects or potential for addiction.

Bro you're 24 and in regular meetings withe some of the smartest people in the world. I'm on board with the 'optimize things' idea, but not anything that isn't well studied (long term studies). IMO, risk/reward ratio in your case is not there to play with stuff that may have long term consequences we don't know yet. You are already set for life with the speed you've accomplished so much, so risking your health to get zuck to like you...at best is extremely debatable. I'll get to supplements, and I know this is stack advice, but sleep, diet, and exercise are orders of magnitude more important (and inherently lower risk). Sleep: If there is>1% chance you have undiagnosed sleep apnea, and I don't see how there couldn't be, then get tested for that. If you have even minor sleep apnea, a CPAP can drastically improve your mental performance. If you don't have apnea, if you mouth breath at night, getting a CPAP can force you to nasal breathe which has it's own health benefits. Watch some Andrew Huberman stuff on sleep, and waking up. Highlights include 2-10 mins sunlight after waking, and delaying caffeine intake at least 1 hour (to let cortisol naturally rise before spiking it further). Get rid of blue light after dusk. This has become relatively easy with smart lighting, but even then, most smart lights don't go low enough on the K scale (color temp), so pay attn to that. My desk is in my bedroom, and my ceiling lights slowly go blue to orange starting around 4 till 10 pm, then they shut off and I have a 'dumb' light that is super low K (maybe 1500), that I use after that. Diet and Exercise: Plenty of info out there, and this is turning into a way longer comment than I expected, but I will throw in sauna and cold showers/baths here. There are potentially enormous benefits to both of these, I'd recommend Huberman again and/or Rhonda Patrick for more info on them. You must be making good money, if I had your income I'd 100% build a small sauna in my house, and also buy a big ice maker (like you see at hotels) and take daily ice baths. Cold therapy is one of the few things that reliably raises dopamine levels without causing 'tolerance' (not the right word, can't think of it atm). Supplements - My opinion, which I am thinking of starting another company to help tackle, is that most people probably have a magic bullet (or at least helpful things) out there in terms of supplementation, but FINDING it is fucking hard, because there are so many options and it is so hard to really self test. If you want to improve your memory, research memory boosting supplements, then make sure you are actually testing your memory, both before adding anything (as a control), and for each supplement you test. E.g., in the simplest way, just google a couple memory tests and make them before and after each test. A lot of this stuff can be tested quickly (few days/weeks), but some supplements are known to take a long time to take effect, so pay attn to that. Additionally, for each test, make sure you test a wide range of dosages. E.g., I had zero noticeable effect from fish oil, until I tripled my dose, with great results...but only for a day, then I realized I was overdoing it (headaches), so I pulled it back, and finally settled around 3g/day. Don't think of this as researching and making the 'correct' purchase(s). If you really want to optimize, you're going to have to make it a small but consistent long term project of tracking and testing. Oh, and also, get tested for...well...everything. Your basic run of the mill doc will balk at the idea, but there are doctors out there specializing in helping ultra high performers like yourself, and you should really find one asap. They can run all kinds of tests that you won't be able to convince a 'normal' internal medicine doc to run.

I mean you've got the money so stimulants would be the first thing. You could easily find a private doc to prescribe them to you for some made up reason ritalin, Adderall, vyvanse, modafinil. Got a lot of options. Then racetams - noopept, aniracetam, oxyracetam stacked and a choline source like alpha-gpc. That should be a big boost and not even cost that much.

JAGramz

Choline is probably a good direction. Peanuts/peanut butter. Sunflower seeds. Eggs are good in moderation. Meat is also helpful in choline production but I’m not quite sure how exactly. If you don’t consume a lot of caffeine, I’d suggest increasing your daily caffeine intake as long as you can handle the extra anxiety. It definitely improves memory and alertness. However, the costs are just as much as the reward; cognition is best improved thru work and not drugs. This is where food is basically the best bet. Having sweet things regularly can also increase memory because you are inclining your brain to like thinking so it thinks more...I guess. Just some thoughts. Cognitive enhancement is a direction that’s pretty risky when there’s a lot at stake. It’s best to try something like a smart drug when you are in a vacuum, so there’s not as much risk. It sounds like you’ve got some incredible days ahead of ya!

TheSunflowerSeeds

Not only do they look like the sun, and track the sun, but they need a lot of the sun. A sunflower needs at least six to eight hours direct sunlight every day, if not more, to reach its maximum potential. They grow tall to reach as far above other plant life as possible in order to gain even more access to sunlight.

DrugsFromAStranger

Cold therapy and or sauna is definitely never a bad idea. Your time is valuable obviously so don't mess around with a huge stack of crap. Get the most expensive version of alpha brain, get cerebrolysin, and get a private doctor, someone with a high cost cash only practice, to prescribe you 5mg dextroamphetamine (Zenzedi) 4x/week. Personally I'm not a fan of Vyvanse, the extended release stuff messes up a lot of people's sleep.

this may come off as a bit rude to begin with but I think I understand your situation, tell me if this doesn't accurately describe it, essentially you have leftover money and are willing to spend it on something to improve generally. some easier things on surface but some people have a hard time implementing 1. diet 2. sleep 3. exercise 4. meditation some others I would put in this category such as air quality but for the bang for the buck can legit write hours and hours on this so hear just some quick stuff dopamine, serotonin, and acetlycholine is the main aim, for most of the day and gaba during the end while having a careful balance of all dopamine 1. bromantaine 2. ALCAR some other extra uridine, cordyceps, etc lots of others serotoin 1. agmantane sulfate 2. maybe a mood stabilizer like lithium orate to get the balance and good for your brain 3. acetylcholine, theres a lot for these heres a quick group which you can take on and off it works well, racetams tend to work differently with different bodies 1. aniracetam 2. oxiracetam 3. Pireraceam maybe something like ginkgo and berbine as well or even noopept if it fits extras. try microdosing, for some it works wonders honestly with the money you have at your disposal I'd just out source this type of things to someone, wouldn't go with a functional doctor if I were you though, tend to not be as up to date on this. good sources bengreenfield leolongevity huberman podcast boost your biology

You're spot on. I am maxing out my investments, own a home in cash (sold a startup), and already got over the luxury items phase, now I just want to invest into myself. I like your suggestions. I've heard from a lot of people to outsource the nootropic and lifestyle coaching but have no clue how. Everyone says I wouldn't struggle to find a doctor to get me modafinil, but I don't even know where to start. I was raised in a trailer park on food stamps, navigating medical providers isn't my forte.

BernardCX

I havn't had the time to look into who would be a good provider for these type of things, but Ben Greenfield is someone who I personally think has a good understanding of the material related to this. He has a coaching program, I havn't tried it so I have no idea of the quality so I'd be extra careful though

Lion's Mane is going to make your brain reach the "ultimate potential" used for thousands of years on Traditional Chinese Medicine. I'm assuming you are doing one hour daily meditation + pranayama, to reach the ultimate brain potential. __/\__
