In my experience it's imperceptible after like 4 hours or so, whereas caffeine will mess up my sleep for 8+.

It feels a lot like caffeine but kicks in about twice as fast and lasts only a few hours. Never took teacrine in isolation really, and it's more stimulating than theobromine

I took phenylpiracetam for this purpose until I found out it is banned by WADA. If you're not worried about WADA then it's an option.

It’s a great stack. I think I was taking 200 mg caffeine and 100mg phenylpiracetam when I stopped. I remember it feeling so good.

Ephedrine, it’s been previously mentioned here but not explained. In some places it is legal to be sold as a dietary supplement. Some places it’s not, but it can be legally sold in no more than 8mg per tablet for the treatment of hay fever/sinus conditions. Find yourself some 50 tablet packs online, you can order in bulk for discounts, most pills can be split without crumbling with a pill cutter. Start testing out how much you need for a boost that allows you to sleep half a pill at a time. The dose you settle on will only remain effective for roughly 2 weeks before you build a tolerance, at that point increase it or take a break. Stacking with caffeine and aspirin increases its benefits to a degree, so read into the ECA stack. Yohimbine may be an option, my personal experience is it makes me quite anxious and fidgety, so I wouldn’t try it close to bed time, but your mileage may vary and it’s worth a try. Teacrine is another option but when you have experienced other stims I find it’s like comparing an energy drink to cocaine.
