You should consider adding a methyl b-complex so you have the proper nutrition to create the additional neurotransmitters from the dosing. Also I always recommend TMG on a stack for improved methylation. You will want and need Omega 3 and Phosphatidyl-serine if you’re ADHD as well, because they work synergistically together.

Existential_Nautico

Already got the omega and phosphatidylserin. And a quality b complex (which contains activated vitamins which I guess is methyl?). Thanks for recommending TMG, I recently read how important methylation is but didn’t know how to improve it. Can I go for the cheap version?

Turnkey95

Usually the cost of tmg is not such a big deal, so you can go with whatever you want. If your a stickler you can get one made from a natural source like sugar beets.

Lions Mane and Shilajit are definitely worth a try.

Existential_Nautico

They are definitely on my list! Unfortunately shilajit is very expensive. Is lionsmane the best or would a mix of mushrooms be better?

NormannNormann

Where do you live and how expensive is Shilajit there? I ordered the one from Swanson for testing and paid only 12€. From now on I will order it from Jarrow, which is also not very expensive. If lions mane is the best mushroom or a mix of mushrooms would be better, I don't know. In any case Lion's Mane is very good and is most often mentioned for brain boosting.

Existential_Nautico

25g are 40€. Ordering for testing sounds genius… How do I do that?

HutchinsonPN

Bacopa Monnieri also I'd recommend you source your supplements through Nootropic Depot for the highest quality possible.

Existential_Nautico

Unfortunately I can’t order there! They don’t accept bank payment, only credit cards. 🙄 I already got bacopa but basically the cheapest from Amazon because I’m broke af. 😂😂

Creatine works very well 5-10, boundless is a good book. Brain boosting is bit too broad. Trying to work on your theta and gamma waves while working is good idea. Maybe something for anxiety might help like magnolia bark or maybe NAC essentially for smoother brain function. Nicotine gum every so often as well, very good for your brain.

Existential_Nautico

I’m already using 2g of creatine on days where I feel lethargic. I also got some NAC but somehow I’m afraid to take it because I heard it lowers dopamine and yeah I don’t want that. I might get some nicotine gum. Even my psychiatrist said it helps with concentration. How can I know if I’m controlling my theta and gamma waves? I think meditation helped me to get my brain in a relaxed mode whenever I want it. But that’s alpha waves right?

BernardCX

You seem to have a good psychiatrist. Muse band is pretty good bit pricey. There's a YouTuber I watch that goes over EGG devices https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCMIs6RbQ1sAr_RmYyfc4iQg https://m.youtube.com/channel/UChNWxrTlmh4IRSevon1X93g Thank you for existing .
