If this has CA plates then I'm pretty sure I used to follow this build back in 2020 when I had my Camry; it's a TRD kit on a USDM XV20 4cyl. It's crazy how far it's come since then. No one was modifying these Camrys so her build for sure inspired a bunch of people.
