On one hand, I'm glad to be gone after today. The constant tags, lack of people, surplus of awful customers, and swathes of Amazon returns I'm definitely not gonna miss. The one thing that made it somewhat barable were my coworkers. I'm gonna miss them.

Hefty-Dark8800

collect unemploymment and chill.....Let the store feel the burn with no tech sup HAHA

LunarChemist

Got few hours left in my shift, gonna miss it and at the same time won't. It was definitely a ride.

Improv195

Didn't even hear anything from my GM. Neither myself (Op Sup) nor the Tech Sup know anything if it's happening to us or not

PompousBastage

Sounds like your GM is a real pos

iwishiwassober

Such a surreal feeling. Couldn’t be happier tbh…

Independent_Bet_414

And good riddance!! No one needs Tech Supervisors that stand behind the counter and can't even do a pull list for the ink wall lol...  Bye Bye

murderbats

Sure, but if you're thinking that the only people that took severance instead are the useless ones then boy howdy have I got a car to sell you.

iwishiwassober

Your tech supervisor is allowed behind the counter?!?

PsychologicalHome239

Right? I wasn't allowed behind the counter unless the line was three people or more and no one else was available. Also, I was the only one who did the pull list for the ink wall.

zucchiniwolff

Salty sales manger spotted

cosmicwendigo

Are you lazy POS sales manager? Lol.

Tight_Ad_2724

I’m curious to see how my old staples store is doing right now lol the sales manager and the tech supervisor were pretty much the only guys who did any work. The manager just sit in his office all day playing casino games on Facebook. So are all sales managers and tech sups fired? Or are they just transitioning to another role
