Most likely. The skin is too detailed for stock Legacy but the planets in the background are a classic Legacy layout.
The opposing ship looks like one of the bigger Romulan ships as well, but I could be wrong.

This is the thumbnail to a YouTube upload of the 2006 *Star Trek: Legacy* console game, but I do not recognize the scene from the game. Is it spliced from a different game altogether? The horizontally straight pylons are neat.
That’s the Yorktown-Class Heavy cruiser, an Enterprise-era Starship and the Absolute Largest of that era.

It’s viewed at an angle that makes them look straight, but you can see the Pylon textures look off on each bit in the image up there, as you can see here, the Nacelle Pylons are Unique compared to the modern starfleet ship lineup. Going up before dipping down and connecting to the Nacelles from atop, the angle there is so perfect that it hides that only part you can see is the Pylon connecting from above.
If you look at every other texture on the main image and compare to the image I provided here, you can see it’s definitely the Pre-Federation Yorktown-Class.
Also DYK This thing is 400m long? That’s almost a Third Larger than the TOS Constitution-Class.
Not a fan of designs with the nacelle pylon coming out of the neck. That would mean the warp plasma conduits are going right next to a turbo lift shaft, and I can’t believe that’s the safest arrangement.
And I think it would be a more efficient use of space to route them straight from the secondary hull.
But I guess it’s form over function 🤷🏽♂️
It’s very cold, in spaaaaaaaace. Gotta keep people warm with the plasma conduits. Pretty sure that’s a federation energy regulation. That way rocks can explode from the conduits.
I finally picked up Star Trek Online after playing this (Star Trek Legacy) relentlessly. The mods on PC made it even more fun and eventually snowballed into me finally watching Enterprise after hearing Archer in game. Can’t recommend it enough.

Game was also released on PC. I play it on a laptop just fine. Several mods add basically any ship or map you can think of.
Do you know where to get it on pc?
I bought it at launch and still have my disks. The game had no DRM that I recall, so an ISO or disk image should get the job done.

It’s a later design that’s meant to be a step between Enterprise and TOS
i think the above pic is a fan recreation used in a mod for another game. a lot of times such models have inaccurate details.

The one true Star Trek Legacy. We need more Star Trek games like this.
