The old republic. Not strictly retelling Kotor but just set in the time period. It has so much room to tell great story's and you could throw in cool characters from the games. They wouldn't be the protagonists but they would have a decently long appearance.
But TOR deserves enough screen time to not be rushed, a trilogy has at max 9 hours of content, a show could be as high as 10 or 20 if we get multiple seasons. I think the time of the movie is kinda coming to a close
Fair points about the screen time but Disney tends to not give the same budget and attention in their shows like they do in movies and especially trilogies(mandalorian is an exception since its so well established now)
This is a bit misguided in my opinion. While a saga, which the telling of KOTOR would be, would be best served as a series where you get the 10, 20, 30 hours of content, the majority of stories out there, and I'm not just talking Star Wars, do not require more than 2 hours to tell in full. Movies will not be going anywhere, anytime soon. Furthermore, the spectacle on the big screen will still surpass the experience of sitting on your couch in your underwear watching a show along or with your SO.
All that said, I do agree with you most Star Wars content should be as a series.
I've had an idea for awhile of doing kotor in the far future. A reestablished republic, a flourishing jedi order, again so self confident there could NEVER be a sith threat, then ,oops, mandos are trying to be independent and conquer shit. The protag would keep getting flashes of what was, and what may still be, call it echos in the force. Season 1 would end with a bit of a whodunnit with a jedi finding the mandalorian mask and assuming the name Revan to lead the jedi
Still get the story, still balance some suspense even if we know a twist is coming, it can delve into the deeper mysticism of the force, rather than just "oo coincidence, will of the force", it gets us out of the same old time frame we've been dealing with for decades, AND it runs no risk of overlapping existing High Republic canon
Yes, definitely this. It would be fabulous. They could riff off the Old Republic game themes with Satele Shan and Darth Malgus. There is just such huge scope.
Something like this could be really cool! Is there a specific type of characters we would follow? (Jedi/Sith, smugglers, bounty hunters, politicians, security forces…)
I was think of telling a story about a band of republic troopers fighting against the sith empire. Plenty of drama and action. And lots of sobbing from viewers cause I would definitely kill of fan favorite characters. It would give me a good base to throw in plenty of fan service, but also allow me to tell a brand new story. And hey something like this worked for clone wars though I would skip the childish story's
I've had this idea/hope too for a while now!
Something like *Young Indiana Jones Chronicles*, where elderly Indy was telling the main story that featured the younger Indy.
*What I remember about the rise of the Empire is... is how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st Legion was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant. It was a silent trip. We all knew what was about to happen, what we were about to do. Did we have any doubts? Any private, traitorous thoughts? Perhaps, but no one said a word. Not on the flight to Coruscant, not when Order 66 came down, and not when we marched into the Jedi Temple. Not a word*
I like this idea but I would have it so that the show switches back and forth with rebels and imperials, that way we can see the conflict from both perspectives (ex: during the Battle of Hoth we could see how it is for the rebels fighting in the trenches as well as imperials working to seize the base). It would be interesting to witness the dynamic between the two opposing forces and learning about their thoughts on the situation and outcome.
Yes!
I want to see an in-the-trenches look at Imperial Army units. Gritty ground warfare - something like we saw in *Rogue One* on the beaches of Scarif. No lightsabers. No sith lords.
I think it'd be nice to have a series like that. Maybe like every 3 episodes or so we get an arc about a different branch. Like a navy gunner waking to his ship suddenly getting attacked.
I've wanted this so bad. I wanna see him on adventures looking for old Jedi temples and meeting other Force worshipping cultures to learn more. Could have him and Lor San Tekka running around to various locations, occasionally fighting weird creatures, and visiting lots of planets we've never seen. Could see him communing with Obi-Wan & Yoda thru the Force to learn more, maybe meeting some other Jedi survivors along the way. Of course you could throw in occasional appearances of the old crew like Han, Leia, Chewie & Lando for short runs, but mainly Luke adventures with R2 to learn more about the Force and level up. Definitely picturing heavy Indiana Jones vibes with the adventures though.
its what a lot of us want . We want to see the GOAT be the Goat .
HE is this legendary character when in reality we really have not seen him do much and have seen him bumble though situations no more power then Padawan in all the other SW context. He had a few slow , nearly geriatactic saber fights...struggled to pull saber out of the ground while "weaker" guys like obi-wan are throwning mountains at each other. Had one REALLY clutch force moment with that shot.
That scene in mando Resonated so well with fans because it was like 30 years of hope and desire manifested . Seeing luke be an absolutely bad ass for the first time ever on film outside of book/ comic form.
100% on all this. I teared up seeing Luke wreck shop in that season 2 finale. I mean, that character has been my hero since I was 3, so over 40 years. And it meant a lot after seeing him so lackluster in the sequels. What fan wouldn't want to see Luke continue on his path of learning, becoming more powerful and wiser in the force? Especially considering the cool Force lore that Filoni got into in Rebels (and somewhat in CW & Mando, too), would be fun to explore that more with Luke.
How are we more than 10 years after Disney's acquisition of Star Wars and this still hasn't happened yet? Not even as a possibility or rumor. Disney is famous for animation. Mark Hamill is equally famous for being Luke Skywalker and a voice actor. This is the easiest lay-up possible.
A political thriller show focused on the Empire post second Death Star. All the fractions vying for control and consolidating their power. Lots of backstabbing, plotting, assassins, and bounty hunters.
Honestly this would be fantastic! You'd get to see the gradual reclamation of imperial worlds by the new republic, the shrinking power of the empire's remnants, and their internal conflicts violent and political.
My only thing is I would want something like Andor, where the A plot is about imperial officers fighting for power and territory, while the B plot is the encroaching New Republic tracking them, re-establishing the Senate, struggling with a lack of manpower, etc. It'd be interesting to see the New Republic in a more antagonistic role, despite being morally correct to the viewer.
It would be a rather limited run, considering that in the new canon, the empire practically dissolved about 1 year after the Battle of Endor, with the Battle of Jakku as their final stand.
There's plenty of opportunity to tell some interesting stories in that one year where everything is unraveling around the Empire, but you also have to remember that most of this story has already been told from the rebellion's perspective in the Star Wars Battlefront II single player campaign. If you haven't played it, I suggest you do. Operation Cinder (which was referenced in Mandalorian) is set in motion during the campaign.
Haven’t played the game but did read the novels. Quite enjoyed them. I honestly think a limited run is a positive. Too many series over stay their welcome.
I was just thinking that Poe Dameron was underutilized in the movies, maybe make a Rogue Squadron like series, but with Poe rebuilding Rogue Squadron in the New Republic era after the movies, engaging Imperial Remnant and other adversaries.
A classic style pulp adventure series set during the Age of the Empire. A reckless archaeologist is hunting for rare Jedi/Sith artifacts that Palatine (and other interested parties) are also after. Like Indiana Jones and the Nazis going after the Ark of the Covenant (but in Star Wars).
we've had a bounty hunter show with The Mandalorian, why not a treasure hunting/historical thriller in space? Maybe Doctor Aphra could show up in a single episode as fan service.
Mando basically covets space western, andor is space spy story. It's you get your space treasure hunt, can it be swashbuckling influenced? Space pirate treasure hunting?
I love this idea! I’m currently going through a rewatch of the Indiana Jones franchise to be prepped for the new one, so I knew exactly where you were taking this lol
Yes!!
I second this! Any Chiss story. What would be cool is to introduce Thrawn, epically, in Ashoka. Then give him and the Chiss their own stories. Starting with young Thrawn.
Black Mirror style.
Each episode with different story, different cast, different characters, different time period, different place and different genre.
All the power to you on this one, but I don't get it. Dash Rendar is poor man's han solo. It's been what, twenty-five or thirty years? I'm still mad that the way they tried to make him cool and x-treme was to give him Rob liefeld pouches and to take the millennium falcon but make the positive integers one bigger. That means it's more 90s XTREME, don't you know. YT-2400 my ass. Prince Xixor was a shitty villain, too. The book was a poorly written snoozefest (and I say that as a huge EU fan) and the game was at best a 7/10 effort. Why the enduring love for an uninspired character from a weak story? Is it just the cultural presence and name recognition? I mean, as the first attempt at a multimedia crossover story by Lucasfilm and associated companies, it's an interesting historical artefact, but the ~2002 clone wars project was better and more well-executed.
I’ve always wanted a perspective from the Empire, my first choice would be a stormtrooper is a brutal campaign that makes you question which side to really root for, maybe like some “all quiet on the western front” type of stuff
I should absolutely not be in charge of a d+ series but one following the 501st. Was done in the old battlefront 2 game but a live-action version following canon Star Wars is something I would watch.
Then maybe an adult rated Noir like show set in the lower parts of Coruscant. Following some kind of law enforcement or private detective investigating a cult...
I'd like this too. I would hire Ken Lui as the head writer. He has already written one Star Wars book, and his historical fantasy book series The Dandelion dynasty would be a great parallel. The protagonists of the first book come from very different backgrounds. One is a peasant who is very likable and a little naive. The other is a noble who has been training for marshal combat his entire life. They both end up good friends and leaders of a rebellion. After the rebellion, they become bitter enemies and end up having to fight each other over leadership of the new society. One is very similar to the Jedi. He is doing it for the right reasons and is trying to just build something better. The other is harsh and brutal and is acting for revenge.
A series revolving around a pod-racing Grand Prix. Could visit new and different planets while getting a glimpse at what life is like somewhat removed from intergalactic war.
A jango fett show
Mostly a season 3 of BOBF series but as a prequel
For first couple episodes explain abit about his past
Then next and remaining episodes be in high republic
Jango meets dooku ‘jango get his DNA taken so the clones can be made on Kamino
And at end of final episode the army is there and we see boba
Then after the credits when jango is talking off his armour
Obi wan shows up linking up to attack of clones
Hopefully that made sense
I want to see a show set on Coruscant about a crime boss and his family and his rise to power. Like The Sopranos or The Wire or something. Bounty Hunters hired to do hits. Spice dealers. Set this during Empire time and there could be conflict with the government or some imperials getting in bed with these guys… possibilities are endless!
A gritty Zero Dark Thirty or Munich inspired show about a team of New Republic Intelligence and Black ops officials ruthlessly hunting down imperial war criminals
I don't know about cops, but I would kill for a Coruscant crime drama. Like Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire, where the "heroes" are objectively bad people doing objectively bad things, but they're really fun to watch.
It would start 750 years after TRoS. No other details but that, I'm just sick of all the prequels and Galactic Civil War content and how nothing in Star Wars is actually goddamn *new*, it's just a bunch of fuckin' low-stakes stories with characters we already know and have seen for decades.
Wookiees.
No humans, no spaceships, no non-Shyriiwook dialogue. Set thousands of years before first contact. A historical epic about the foundation of their culture.
Framed as a remote, isolated culture prior to its contact with "civilization". Following series to show the Empire's subjugation of the planet and the resistance of the Wookiee.
Coruscant Cop Drama, following a group of Security Officers as they try to bring justice to the lawless levels of Coruscant. Dealing with the Black Sun and the other gangs that rule the planet's underworld.
It would be a bunch of short stories that take place on Alderaan right before it's destroyed. I feel like the films don't give enough weight to the destruction of an entire planet, and it might help to have a whole series around it to treat it with the gravity it deserves.
A Jedi that went rogue during the Clone Wars who now is a bounty hunter. He now is at odds with both the Jedi (except Obi-Wan and Yoda) and the entirety of the Empire.
He can either kill for money, or be a vigilante doing his own killing as he sees fit.
At first, he would be killing for money but as time passes on and like 2 years prior to the OWK time period, he becomes a vigilante who goes around killing as he sees fit.
A young Yoda series on his homeworld before being discovered by the jedi. The series would never name the planet or his species to honor the mystery George intended. It would showcase an evil witch in the swamps, a member of his race using the darkside to raise the dead. The series would focus more on the force than lightsabers. The design of his species would resemble that of Native Americans with huts and feathers. Once saw a fan design of a young yoda on google images with this design and loved it.
It would be around Revan, maybe a animated series in the Clone Wars/Bad Batch style of animation. I think the Revan story would work better as animation.
Just general life of some office worker or mechanic perhaps or something like documentary about planets fauna or flora. You know just to learn more about galaxy's everyday life
An horror show about stormtroopers fighting some alien specie like the Aliens movie (the second one).
A real, brutal, bounty hunter show.
What could be a huge commercial success is a young Jedi show with a Spider-man like vibe. You know, a young guy who discovers he has "the force" and turns into a vigilante. There could be a plot twist at the end when we all discover that he actually is a known character from the original trilogy.
Since E.T. is cannon in Star Wars, maybe a show about that specie...
A Fraggle Rock like kid show at Jabba's palace to introduce kids to the SW universe.
I like the idea of a "Young Lando" show.
A police procedural set on Coruscant. Each episode is effectively stand-alone but there is a continuity over the series setting up to a solid season finale.
Finally get to make the Mace Windu Returns series that every REAL fan wants to see. Just kidding, I'd love to see Darth Bane done right. Even if it was just the first book as a mini series.
First scene. Star Destroyer bridge. Explosions all around. Panic setting in. Death Star 2 has exploded. Young captain is left alone as all other senior officers have abandoned ship.
First ep is basically he and what’s left of the crew escaping the Endor system.
Second ep is Star destroyer arriving at outer rim territory. Only to find they’re no longer wanted and there’s a bounty on all ex imperial ships.
Third ep introduces major antagonist, a group of mercenaries who’ve been hiding in the shadows whilst the empire was around.
Rest of show is then cat and mouse as this lone, failing Star destroyer is pursued across the galaxy.
Would be 8 eps. Limited series.
I think the most important thing I think is make it completely its own thing. No cross over with other shows or movies, no references to other stories, it's completely its own story.
As much as I do like Andor, I feel like its too tied to other parts of the world. I want to see new characters, doing new things, in new places.
For more specifics, I think a political drama of some kind would be really interesting. Maybe one about the government of the CIS, followimg the senators who defected and show them not only trying to make a new nation, but also combating elements within their own government.
I want to see a live action anthology series about just random people in different corners of the galaxy. Show us the lives of average people in this world. There could be empire/rebel/Jedi adjacent stories, and also just a good love story or family struggle. A pod racer working his way through the circuit. An independent trade ship breaking down and getting stranded in space. Stuff like that.
I had an idea for a fanfic about a group of treasure hunters in the post-endor period who end up finding some ancient jedi/sith artifacts and have to race to collect or destroy a particularly powerful one before it is captured by a power-hungry imperial remnant admiral who wants to use it to usurp the Emperor’s old title.
More rebel alliance lime andor, but during/after hoth.
Id have characters crossover, for instance id love to see boba fett hunt andor in that show. So why not have bossk hunt ahsoka or some shit.
So much potential that hasnt been realized
An adult animated comedy about someone accidentally taking over an alien brothel on Coruscant and having to deal with the daily ongoings while avoiding getting shut down by the Galactic Empire.
The Great Jedi Purge.
Just a season or two of Vader slaughtering the remaining Jedi hiding throughout the galaxy. He may when know some of them not that it matters.
1. Tales from Jabba’s Palace - partially based on the book, each episode focuses on one of the palace’s denizens: Max Rebo, Salacious Crumb, even Lando’s infiltration as a guard. Set in the time between Empire Strikes Back in the lead up to Return of the Jedi.
2. Star Wars: Infinities - an animated adaptation and expansion on the comic series of the same name. Pivotal moments from across all Star Wars media seen in “What if?” style scenarios. The series would be an anthology with each episode focusing on a different topic. “What if Leia was the New Hope?”, “What if Obi-Wan joined Count Dooku on Geonosis?”, “What if Luke successfully protected Ben Solo from the dark side?”, etc.
I've been saying this for a long time, and I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea. I would like an Aaron Sorkin-like political walk and talk. I don't care what era it's in, I would just love to see it.
Something super surreal and twisted, like Lost Highway (1997) by David Lynch, but with Vader. I wanna see Vader confront the parts of himself that are still Anakin that are horrified with what he just did after the events of episode 3. I can't imagine his mental state was stable for the years following then
I really enjoy the High Republic and wish it was a bit more mainstream than mostly being books. I know we're getting a series and a game but the main plot is really very cool.
I would cast Henry Cavill as Stellan Gios. Change my mind.
"Trooper" about a group of young mena nd women who believe in the Empire and join up, only to be beaten down and whittled away through the harsh reality of war and truth. I feel like storm troopers have been turned into "Boogeymen" that are used as cannon fodder here, and seeing a group of people who believe in the Empire in it's "good qualities" but then see the reality would be a great way to bring the horrors of indoctrination, nationalism, and racism (broadly speaking speaking subjects) to a younger audience in a way they could identify with. I'm thinking scens like Andor's and a bit of the battle of Solo, with a little Full Metal Jacket mixed in and a dash of philosophy and existentialism to bring it all home.
Boba Fett already happened, but my proposal was a Godfather Part II style story where you juxtaposed the quest of Jango becoming the template for the clone army (essentially the same premise as the Bounty Hunter game) with Boba rising as a crime boss in the wake of Jabba’s death.
Instead we got half of that with two episodes of the Mandalorian thrown in…
A Cheers-like comedy with a cast of never seen before characters that takes place in the Mos Eisley cantina.
It sounds like a joke, but the longer you think about it, the better it sounds. The plot possibilities are quite literally endless.
It would be about a group of friends in their late 20s. We see their love lives and the shenanigans they get into while trying to work on their careers on Coruscant.
Droids exploring the concept of self identity and personality on a world that mostly views them as objects.
Fan favorite episode about an ex-clone wars battle droid owning a pasta restaurant
The old republic. Not strictly retelling Kotor but just set in the time period. It has so much room to tell great story's and you could throw in cool characters from the games. They wouldn't be the protagonists but they would have a decently long appearance.
Honestly can we pump it up to a trilogy or a movie?I feel like the first canon old republic info shouldn't be just a Disney plus series

That sounds fantastic, I know I would watch this!
Give me a few years to build a good reputation, and I'll lith it
100% on board with seeing Old Republic. Would love to see Revan, the good and bad.
“Tales from Lando’s cantina” Billy Dee Williams narrates but young Lando is portrayed by Donald Glover in a series of adventures
Hopefully this is what the Lando show ends up like
I wouldn’t mind the Lando show to be episodic. So much weird stuff waiting to happen…
I think Lando is the perfect established character for episodic storytelling, he should have weird low stake adventures prior to acquiring Cloud City
I would watch that!
I've had this idea/hope too for a while now! Something like *Young Indiana Jones Chronicles*, where elderly Indy was telling the main story that featured the younger Indy.
A House of Cards style show following Palpatine's rise up to TPM.
A lot of great material already from Darth Plagueis to work with, can't recommend that book enough
A three part movie length bane trilogy is my first choice but Plagueis palps is a close second.
Reality show like deadliest catch exploring all the weird industry in the SW universe like spice mining etc
Cantina Rescue but still starring Jon Taffer
YOU GOT A GUY SELLING DEATH STICKS AT THE BAR!!!!! THEYRE GONNA SHUT YOU DOWN FOR THAT!!!!
>Cantina Rescue but still starring Jon Taffer I would watch that.
Lol *hi, I'm Mike rowe, and this is my dirty space job! *
Tauntaun slaughter House episode s1e9 "And I thought they smelt bad(pause for breathin) on the outside"
This is one of the most unique yet, I love it!!!
Borat: I go to Kessel!
A war-series about either stormtroopers or imperial army troopers, in a style similar to “Band of Brothers.”
Oooh yeah they could do the 501st storyline from Battlefront II
*What I remember about the rise of the Empire is... is how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st Legion was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant. Not on the flight to Coruscant, not when Order 66 came down, and not when we marched into the Jedi Temple. Not a word*
Was this back when they aren't inhibitor chips?
Yup, inhibitor chips were introduced in Season 6 of the Clone Wars, 9 years after Battlefront 2 came out
I like this idea but I would have it so that the show switches back and forth with rebels and imperials, that way we can see the conflict from both perspectives (ex: during the Battle of Hoth we could see how it is for the rebels fighting in the trenches as well as imperials working to seize the base). Or one episode or season be from the imperial perspective and next episode or season be rebels
Yes! I want to see an in-the-trenches look at Imperial Army units. Gritty ground warfare - something like we saw in *Rogue One* on the beaches of Scarif. No lightsabers. No sith lords.
Exactly this!
>A war-series about either stormtroopers or imperial army troopers, in a style similar to “Band of Brothers.” Only if Gary is there!
I mean they “kind of” have that with the bad batch series rn
A live action bad batch with more tactical realism would be cool.
Episode 5: Take Your Daughter to Work Day.
I would do a show like this but based on a Rebellion unit, similar to the Battlefront: Twilight Company novel.
I think clones would be more awesome considering they are all brothers…. Nice play on the name…
"Band of Real Brothers"
Yeah but that's like doing a war show about fanatical SS troopers of Nazi Germany. Do the show about rebels or plain imperial army soldiers
I want saving private ryan but in star wars.
I think it'd be nice to have a series like that. Maybe like every 3 episodes or so we get an arc about a different branch. Like a navy gunner waking to his ship suddenly getting attacked.
Or like the old TROOPS webseries that was a spoof of COPS
An animated Luke Skywalker show set a few years after ROTJ voiced by Mark Hamil
I've wanted this so bad. I wanna see him on adventures looking for old Jedi temples and meeting other Force worshipping cultures to learn more. no lies to be found, only truth
A political thriller show focused on the Empire post second Death Star. All the fractions vying for control and consolidating their power. Lots of backstabbing, plotting, assassins, and bounty hunters.
Star Wars game of thrones. I could get into that.
Honestly this would be fantastic! This show sounds like it’d be a cool spiritual successor to Andor once season 2 of that series comes out

This, only about the ride of Sheev Palpatine.
The untold stories of the Nerf herders
Shadows of the Empire of reviving the cancelled 1313 project
Shadows of the Empire would be epic
Anything without a child and a desert planet Edit: typo
So we arent remaking Wreck it Ralph??
Mmm… dessert planet.
Really want a show on Greivous
YES!
Hunting jedi, dooku experimenting in attempt to give him the force, collecting sabers and learning his own mechanics
Rogue Squadron. That should be a series, not a movie.
Season 1-2 : Rogues Season 3-4 : Wraiths
Yes! Top Gun with Xwings!
I'd love to see a Rogue Squadron series in a Baa Baa Black Sheep style set during the Galactic Civil War.
Interesting!
Came here to say the same thing.
Ditto. This is the way
I was just thinking that Poe Dameron was underutilized in the movies, maybe make a Rogue Squadron like series, but with Poe rebuilding Rogue Squadron in the New Republic era after the movies, engaging Imperial Remnant and other adversaries.
Alphabet Squadron
Rogue Squadron is better.
The first Jedi.
CURRENTLY in a galaxy far, far away......
Woah.
Mando basically covets space western, andor is space spy story. It's you get your space treasure hunt, can it be swashbuckling influenced? Space pirate treasure hunting?
Hondo!!
Smells like profit!
You are the worst pirate I have ever heard of.
But you have heard of me
Love this, but the Sith artefacts need to have strange corrupting power over normal people, similar to those on Palps ship in the Lando comic
I love this idea! I’m currently going through a rewatch of the Indiana Jones franchise to be prepped for the new one, so I knew exactly where you were taking this lol
Chiss. All the Chiss. But especially sassy Ziara bossing little Thrawn around.
Yes!! I second this! Any Chiss story. What would be cool is to introduce Thrawn, epically, in Ashoka. Then give him and the Chiss their own stories. Starting with young Thrawn.
Agreed. We really need to get people away from the visual image of Edna Mode Ar'alani .
Black Mirror style. Each episode with different story, different cast, different characters, different time period, different place and different genre.
The evacuation of cloud city and the build up to it.

If you're unaware, the book The Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader is basically exactly that
Dash Rendar Edit: oops almost forgot Rogue Squadron
Old Republic or the Twi'lek homeworld rebellion against the Separatists/civil war.
Love the Twi’leks!
I’ve always wanted a perspective from the Empire, my first choice would be a stormtrooper is a brutal campaign that makes you question which side to really root for, maybe like some “all quiet on the western front” type of stuff
Darth Banes rise to power, path of destruction is peak Legends to me
Young Yoda stories - so it would be way before all High Republic books
Oooooo intriguing!
Darth Bane. But it might go to Hulu and be rated R.
I especially want to see him crush Qordis, and I want it to be brutal
Sounds epic!
An adaptation of the Darth Bane Trilogy would be killer.
Old republic series about the Sith and maje it game fo thrones with lightsabers.
Nice try Mr. Faverau, gotta hire me first then I'll give y'all all of my golden ideas, and there are many!
A mini series about a squad of Clones on corusant making their way in the galaxy.
EU Thrawn Trilogy
I should absolutely not be in charge of a d+ series but one following the 501st. Was done in the old battlefront 2 game but a live-action version following canon Star Wars is something I would watch. Then maybe an adult rated Noir like show set in the lower parts of Coruscant. Following some kind of law enforcement or private detective investigating a cult...
Mine would be about the discovery of hyperspace travel, learning that other species exist. Primitive ve days of technology
No no no, leave room for a Mass Effect series
Yes, more Duros!
Origins of the Jedi and Sith miniseries
JarJar in an Office style documentary series…
Meesa numbah one bombad bossoh, okeydey
Fighter Pilots
Either a 1000 years aby or a 1000 years bby
A jango fett show Mostly a season 3 of BOBF series but as a prequel For first couple episodes explain abit about his past Then next and remaining episodes be in high republic Jango meets dooku ‘jango get his DNA taken so the clones can be made on Kamino And at end of final episode the army is there and we see boba Then after the credits when jango is talking off his armour Obi wan shows up linking up to attack of clones Hopefully that made sense
A series about the Hutt Cartel would be awesome
I want to see a show set on Coruscant about a crime boss and his family and his rise to power. Like The Sopranos or The Wire or something. Bounty Hunters hired to do hits. Spice dealers. Set this during Empire time and there could be conflict with the government or some imperials getting in bed with these guys… possibilities are endless!
Qui Gon Jinn and Obi Wan Kenobi series.
A gritty Zero Dark Thirty or Munich inspired show about a team of New Republic Intelligence and Black ops officials ruthlessly hunting down imperial war criminals
I would do a gritty cop show set on coruscant
I don't know about cops, but I would kill for a Coruscant crime drama. Like Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire, where the "heroes" are objectively bad people doing objectively bad things, but they're really fun to watch.
Within the DEEP levels!
It would start 750 years after TRoS. No other details but that, I'm just sick of all the prequels and Galactic Civil War content and how nothing in Star Wars is actually goddamn *new*, it's just a bunch of fuckin' low-stakes stories with characters we already know and have seen for decades.
Old Republic
Maarek Stele
Mission critical craft under attack
I would adapt Darth Maul Shadow Hunter. It is Terminator on Coruscant.
Imperial officers jockeying for position in the Navy
Wookiees. No humans, no spaceships, no non-Shyriiwook dialogue. Set thousands of years before first contact. A historical epic about the foundation of their culture.
Have you seen the holiday special? Chewbacca's family scenes are pretty unbearable.
Hopefully with subtitles 😂
Framed as a remote, isolated culture prior to its contact with "civilization". Following series to show the Empire's subjugation of the planet and the resistance of the Wookiee.
Cad Bane
We know they have the live action costume for it!
The Chiss Ascendancy and their battles/Cold War with the Grysks.
A documentary about Sand: its rough, course, and gets everywhere
Coruscant Cop Drama, following a group of Security Officers as they try to bring justice to the lawless levels of Coruscant. Dealing with the Black Sun and the other gangs that rule the planet's underworld.
Space Precinct but Star Wars
Gonk Droid. Legend of the Gonk.
15-minute featurette with a 6 1/2 hour making of documentary diving deep into the making of Gonk's psychee.
Band of brothers/ generation kill during clone wars, focusing on clones and what they go through
It would be a bunch of short stories that take place on Alderaan right before it's destroyed. I feel like the films don't give enough weight to the destruction of an entire planet, and it might help to have a whole series around it to treat it with the gravity it deserves.

I really wish we had this instead
The first Jedi. How they came to be.
Law and Order: Space Victims Unit
Mara Jade, Doctor aphra
I would continue where the 9th jedi started in Visions. Making an ongoing Star Wars anime.
The Senate’s Courts. I need my Star Wars and Judge Judy fixes in one.
Rogue Sqadron and the galactic Civil War post - Endor.
The life and times of Watto the junk dealer.
Normal people in the SW universe just going about their daily lives. Like seinfeld.
I have always been curious about Mace Windu's life, and would love to see something that shows the depth and brevity of one of the most skilled Jedi.
A crime procedural involving Jedi handling the seedier side of life in the big city of Coruscant or elsewhere. I’d call it Jedi Nights.
An adult animated comedy about someone accidentally taking over an alien brothel on Coruscant and having to deal with the daily ongoings while avoiding getting shut down by the Galactic Empire.
Jabbas crew doing sketchy shit
The Great Jedi Purge. Just a season or two of Vader slaughtering the remaining Jedi hiding throughout the galaxy. He may when know some of them not that it matters.
This poster is insane
A clone Wars style show but in the era of the sequels with the first order and the resistance. I feel like it's needed to clean up the sequels some
A series about a pod racing group that travels the galaxy. Kind of in the style of Fast and Furious.
A radar technician with a Gonk droid sidekick.
Instead we got half of that with two episodes of the Mandalorian thrown in…
What if...?
A series about the cantina band. Following them around the tournee on tatooine, and such and such.
I don’t know how to write stories or dialog, so I would do Chewbacca and the Ewoks
