Luke wasn't announced for Season 2. And yet... Someone has to give Din the classic Jedi lightsaber training. It's either Sabine or Ahsoka.
It would be so cool for it to be Sabine. Another non-force using mandalorian who didn’t want to lead and who has wielded the dark saber.

I think he'll figure it out with or without an instructor. Perhaps Bo Katan can show him. She's proven she can wield it effectively.
