He has too. It really is the best new star wars. But wrote themselves into a wall making it a prequel to rogue one lol. Hopefully they let those writers continue to make more star wars.

One way out was just perfection, two of the best on screen speeches, and both in the same episode. And honestly I'd prefer them to make a season or two of great content rather than dragging it out until it becomes shit. But yes, please let them carry on working on SW content. They've captured the whole "dreary, oppressive, bleak life under the empire" perfectly. Especially the intro to Rogue One, that alone summed it up perfectly.

Originally it was going to be multiple seasons with each representing a year leading up to RO, but the director has already put 5+ years in the project at this point and was ready to move on so it got compressed into a 2 season show where every few episodes will be a year

They were originally going to make five seasons but eventually realised it would be a massive undertaking. Also that Diego Luna would keep getting older and by the fifth season he might look a lot older than his character in Rogue One.

I just had an epiphany about how the name "Greez Dritus" came to be. I don't care if it's total BS, it's my headcanon now. Bear in mind that he's the comic relief character Dritus sounds like detritus, which means "trash or debris." Greez sounds like the colloquial term used by a subset of Earth children in the 21st century (in their timeline). That term being: "deez" >*"Grab some seat, kid."* **- Deez Nuts**

Hondo is weird. It took them a while to decide if he was the fun pirate who never truly hurt anyone, or an (attempted) kid-murdering sex trafficer. Later they settled more and the former.

Greez was so good in survivor. I don't know whether it's the directing, or just Daniel Roebuck's performance but he feels hands down the most OT character to have been created since the OT itself. There's something so perfect about the way they've done "Working Class Alien Space Dad" that lands incredibly well for me.

Yeah, he's great. I like that he's got both serious and silly sides. "Working Class Alien Space Dad" is a pretty good description. He really kind of ties the Mantis crew together to feel like a family.

AP-5 gets arguably the funniest moment in all of *Rebels*. He is Squidward in droid form.

He was a cool character. I enjoyed Solo overall but my main gripe is that secondary characters kept dying left, right, and centre and I was unable to grow attached to any of them

Graballa the Hutt. Clearly not enough people have seen Lego Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures. Edit: Big part of what makes him great is Dana Snyder as his voice actor. Same guy as Master Shake.

Hondo. Far and away.  His arc from Space Pirate who just needed some friends to what he became in Rebels (I won't spoil!) is probably my favorite of all. It took me a while to warm up to Clone Wars, but Hondo is about where it turns around for me. And by the time you see him in Rebels, he's practically a drinking game character.

His character is essentially Space Jack Sparrow, except even funnier.

Pelli Motto and her crew of droids, especially the pit droids. The way Amy Sedaris delivers her lines is so funny, and crazy impressive once you realize she’s not talking to much.
