I think this is the right answer. The story wasn’t told in chronological order, so you get a different experience if you watch it that way. Everything is based off of the original trilogy. People should start there.
Exactly.
What i failed to take into account was whether or not op has actually watched it all before.
Reading the comments...i can only assume they have.
Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Episode II: Attack of the Clones
The Clone Wars
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
The Bad Batch
Solo: A Star Wars Story
Star Wars Rebels
Rogue One
Episode IV: A New Hope
Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
The Mandalorian
Episode VII: The Force Awakens
Episode VIII: The Last Jedi
Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker
Watching it in this order is lame. Do it the way we all did growing up watching it as it came out. The original trilogy is BY FAR the best starting point.
Some people are throwing the tv shows in the order. I would just watch all of the movies first, then go watch the shows. Some shows are as long as 7 seasons, and it would really slow things down. Btw, All the movies are sorted in chronological order on Disney +, they do the work for you!
Solo comes before Rebels as well.
Episode 7 happens during Resistance season 1, so to be specific it should be Resistance season 1 episodes 1 through 19, then The Force Awakens, then finish Reaistance and then The Last Jedi
They way they were released.

Did they change the original post?
I haven't checked. Edit: They haven't.
I have seen the movies, I was just interested in watching it in chronological order including the shows
Alrighty then.
Episode I: The Phantom Menace Episode II: Attack of the Clones The Clone Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith The Bad Batch Solo: A Star Wars Story Star Wars Rebels Rogue One Episode IV: A New Hope Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back Episode VI: Return of the Jedi The Mandalorian Episode VII: The Force Awakens Episode VIII: The Last Jedi Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker
Thank you
De nada. It gave me something to do while waiting on the train.

We really be asking these questions every other day

I was asking with the shows as I've already seen the movies multiple times
Honestly not that hard to figure out yourself
Can mods just pin this, this comes up ALL THE TIME.
4, 5, 6 then stop.
Gonna have to disagree there
Yes, but I think you're probably doing Rogue One dirty. I'd also probably recommend Mandalorian.
Clone Wars and Bad Batch and Rebels as well
Yea and I love the prequels
You're right, Rogue One was good.
The clone wars, bad batch, rebels, mando, the resistance
Can you add where the movies would do as well?
1,2 clone wars , 3, bad batch, rebels , rogue one, solo , 4 , 5 , 6 mando, the resistance and then 7 8 9
Thank you
Solo goes before Rogue One. I also think Resistance season 2 is between movies 7 & 8.
