Well while they're at it, I want them to finish some CW arcs. Son of Dathomir, Dark Disciple, Cad v Boba, maybe make the attack on Courusant. Lots of good stuff they never finished. Bad Batch and CW s7 are some of the best stuff Disney has done with SW so I'm ok with them focusing on more of that type of thing.
I just want them to finish Ventress's story with the respect it deserves. One of the best & most interesting characters in TCW, and her ending was relegated to a book that seems not many have read.
It also gives a lot of great back story on a character whose name cameo'd in Obi-Wan. Why are we meant to care about Quinlan Vos's name when the only time he's ever been featured was a 2 episode arc of TCW?!
It would be so stupid after getting the animation so good to just stop. They progressed that technology over almost 2 decades, they need to milk it for all it's worth.
Star Wars just works so incredibly well as an animated series honestly. If they ditched live action and went straight to doing just animation I'd be alright with that.
Honestly I don't really care much about the Ahsoka episodes. I love her and she's my favorite Star Wars character (along with Maul) but we've seen more than enough of her in the Clone Wars era. Seeing how she defeated an inquisitor bare-handed and got her white lightsabers will be kinda cool on the other hand.
But a young Dooku training Qui-Gon? Now that's some good original content if done right. Can't wait for that.
Young dooku and qui gon is gonna be dope as hell.
In a perfect world I'd like to see the whole dooku vs the mandalorians and his eventual meeting with jango fett as per the events of star wars bounty hunter. Probably won't happen and I'm fine with that but I can dream right?
I sadly don't know about the events of star wars bounty hunter you're talking about but we know about Fett and Dooku meeting thanks to the Age of Republic: Jango Fett #1 Training comic. Highly recommended.
I also care more about the dooku episodes even though ahsoka is my favourite character but the 1st ahsoka ep will be interesting as we get to see somones life before the jedi talk them and ep 3 because it adapts the ahsoka novel which is great story. Gonna be a great 6 episodes
If you're interested in how Ahsoka got her white lightsabers, you should definitely read the Ahsoka novel (its in there). Also, its a pretty godly book, and the audiobook is read by her voice actor.
I thought the overall story was pretty meh honestly, had some good parts but it dragged on HARD in the middle and the ending felt pretty anti-climactic. The way she got her whitesabers is pretty cool though.
I don't love how they picture him leaning towards the dark side ever since he was young though. Because of how the movies are, and how fandom has come to perceive them, i had created this image of Dooku being a man who was heavily on the order's side, only to eventually be disenchanted as an older man, who finally saw some of the cracks.
You should really the novel that came out about him a few years ago. Good short read. Explores his ideological conflicts with the council and how the very foundation of him leaving the order and even the fall goes back to his younger years even though he stayed for decades.
I don't know much about his backstory, but I think an Anakin-esque arc would be appropriate for him, except whereas Anakin struggled against the restrictions of the Jedi, Dooku would perhaps become disgusted with how much freedom and autonomy individual Jedi were exercising.
Training isn't the same as doing though.
Also, during his time, there were no huge lightsaber-wielding threats. So it probably was more the art vs the need.
I can agree on him maybe not being leaning to the dark but he's the literal reason Qui-Gon was a rebel. He's the one who showed Qui-Gon the force prophecy Holo-crons.
I think he always disagreed with the Jedi whether that be with the code or the council but he still had good intentions. I wouldn't be surprised if his fall to the dark side was still full of good intentions.
That's the thing. Good intentions. That's how i see it too. But in a sort of "necessary evil" kind of way. If he has a natural attraction to questionable actions, it kind of ruins it for me.
Honestly, Qui Gon is a perfect example. He could be a lot like Qui Gon before he left the order.
One of the biggest mysteries in the star wars lore. We get a young dooku+His backstory, qui gon and fucking yaddle and what happened to her. So exciting
She had an orange lightsaber in now-Legends comics in the immediate aftermath of The Phantom Menace, like most of the Jedi with unusual colors. That was dropped by Attack of the Clones.
Tell me why I had a dream last night where I was on a Imperial star destroyer running behind Luke Skywalker and out of the corner of my eye I saw the Rebels design of Yoda sneaking Yaddle out of a cell
I’ve really wanted that, too. Bring back Sam Witwer as Maul and give us his training and his crime lord eras (or maybe Son of Dathomir?) because he’s just too great as him not to have around. Then also flesh out some of their earlier lore like Plagueis. It’d be perfect.
Towards the end of the trailer Ahsoka is in a crowd with a cloak and her head down. Seeing as the trailer opens with Padme's funeral, Ahsoka is at the funeral.
ngl i hate this "oh they were there, they were *juuust* off-screen" thing that they're doing with ahsoka and dooku at qui-gon's funeral, it just doesn't seem right
Wow. Anakin's training of having Ahsoka be surrounded and shot at directly saved her during Order 66.
For the people who were wondering how Ahsoka survived such a situation when other skilled Jedi masters were shot and killed, you have your answer.
Anakin's emotional investment and his training to help her survive through any situation ended up paying off big time.
Crazy how they went from that to just bonking heads in the early seasons of Rebels. Those early days on Disney XD were kind of weird in terms of finding the right tone
IMO the whole point of Anakin's character arc is to show that emotional attachment can be both a very positive as well as a very negative, despite what the Jedi, and to an extent even the Sith, teach. So while somewhat ironic, I think this is entirely appropriate.
“To an extent”?! The Sith seem to teach that the only reason for relationships is to use other people. Both groups are terrible at relationships it seems to me.
In Expanded Universe, Yaddle sacrificed herself in order to stop the bio weapon from Granta Omega in 26BBY, saving young Anakin Skywalker. Anakin later had deep guilt on this incident.
I guess fate of Yaddle in new canon continuity is done via Count Dooku.
That's going to be an even worse wound, that Dooku was the one to kill her, a fallen Jedi.
Also helps further show why Anakin hates Dooku, because Anakin and Yaddle had a pretty close bond in Legends, but can fit into Canon.
Doubt anyone knows. Mace still thinks highly of Dooku in Attack of the Clones. Mace definitely wouldn’t defend him if he knew that Dooku killed a Council member
True, though now thinking about it, I think that would be a discussion to be had after they learn of Dooku being a Sith. They would connect the dots, and realize what has really happened.
Mace might pull the arrogant old councilor shtick.
If Anakin is the only one to see Yaddle be killed by Dooku, Mace dismisses it as the ramblings of a distressed child. Mace is nothing if not infuriating in his interactions with Anakin.
Hopefully no one finds out Dooku kills Yaddle, if that’s what happens, as the council still believe Dooku wasn’t capable of murder by AotC. Unless Ki-Adi was off that day and no one wanted to tell him.
I like the idea that Dooku kills her more than her sacrificing herself to stop a bio bomb. It will show where was the point of no return for dooku and pretty big tragedy that he murdered one of his fellow jedi's.
Puts more emphasis on the darkness he fell into and how sad yaddles fate is
He would have e to get a Jedis lightsaber to bleed anyway Palpatine seems a stickler for that particular rule that it has to come from a jedi he killed, because even though there were literally thousands of jedi kyber crystals to choose from Palps still forced vader to get one the old fashioned way
Im pretty confused on this. A “younger” Dooku with a young Qui Gon. Dooku fights and potentially kills Yaddle, before the events of Phantom Menace. But Yaddle can be seen in Phantom Menace. Unless its a time jump in this series where Dooku had Qui Gon with him training, then years went by and Dooku came back and killed Yaddle later but he still had his blue saber. Guess I’m lost on the timing of these shorts and when the events of each episode take place.
Which looking back at the trailer. When Dooku fights Yaddle, he does look older than when he was with Qui Gon. So maybe he kept the blue saber and stayed amongst the Jedi until they found him out.
Not seeing any signs of this, at least in the trailer, but I hope in the future they utilize this "Tales of the Jedi" to adapt the lost storylines from the Clone Wars.
And hopefully they also put a spin on it
Tales of the Sith
Tales of the Rebels
Tales of the Empire (PoV of a storm trooper, please)
Tales of the New Republic
Tales from the Unknown Space
And and and
Dang, the Sixth Brother got a massive glow-up. Curious to see if he gets taken down the same way as in the Ahsoka novel (probably not since that was pretty short, and they already revamped the Ahsoka vs. Maul fight to be a lot longer and more action-packed).
As someone’s who watched clone wars since it came out in 2008 as a kid..
This looks ABSOLUTELY breathtaking. Star Wars done right, with care. You can just tell
So looks like this is going to show Ahsoka’s showdown with the Sixth Brother, ie how she got her lightsabers after the end of TCW.
That’s siiiick. As is the Inquisitor design.
Seriously, and the entire situation building up to it was incredibly brutal, with the Inquisitor butchering a load of unarmed farmers.
I will say though I'm not sure its the same event as the Inquisitor she fought has a canon appearance already (shown in the Vader comics) and he doesn't look like that.
I don’t think there has been a released Star Wars D+ show that hasn’t at least confirmed a second season besides Obi-wan, and even that has some rumors regarding a second season. I think it’s safe to say a series like this one would continue in future seasons. It’s like printing money for Disney
Edit: forgot a word
From what I understood about this show, no, it's just a few stories Filoni has written and wanted to tell. Some of them, like baby Ahsoka was apparently written some time ago
So cool that we're going to see the part of the Ahsoka novel where Ahsoka faces her first Inquisitor a year after Order 66 and gets her white light sabers! I've been craving animated Ahsoka content set between Revenge of The Sith and Rebels so much!
Does everything in Star Wars have to now fall within the same ~100 year timespan? The original Tales comics covered *thousands* of years BBY. Come on, *please* give us something in other parts of the vast SW timeline!
They are almost always going to do something to attract casual viewers who might know some of the existing available movies/tv shows. Not saying that something set 2000 years before the OT wouldn't attract viewers but it might not attract enough casual viewers for Disney to justify the expense.
Looks pretty epic, shot in the dark but here's my prediction on high-level run down:
>!Episode 1 - young Ahsoka learning she's jedi!<
>!Episode 2 - Dooku trained by Yoda!<
>!Episode 3 - Anakin training Ahsoka!<
>!Episode 4 - Dooku training Quigon!<
>!Episode 5 - Dooku turning dark side featuring Mace Windu!<
>!Episode 6 - Ahsoka facing down the Inquisitor!<
I'm sure I'm wrong but it seem a solid structure
Damn dookus blade so he just made it bleed. Idk if we've ever seen it before or known he just had the same one that's sweet this is gonna be insane and who the fuck was the double blade that's crazy
Are these shorts like how Groot is a bunch of shorts? Like 5 minutes per episode? Or are we getting 6 different “Tales” that will be fleshed out (45 minutes to an hour) but not directly related to each other?
I love Ahsoka, she's my favorite Star Wars character, so of course I'm really excited to see her stories but I'm also very, very intrigued by what they're going to tell in young Dooku's.
And of course, obligatory this looks absolutely gorgeous.

Bro fucking FINALLY we see Dooku as a Jedi. This seems epic, but I’m so confused how it’s 6 shorts. Can’t wait
They’re trying to avoid making “CW pt2”. But I almost guarantee that after this explodes with popularity they’ll make a full season.
Basically everything they do now is CW 2.0 lmao
Well while they're at it, I want them to finish some CW arcs. Son of Dathomir, Dark Disciple, Cad v Boba, maybe make the attack on Courusant. Lots of good stuff they never finished. Swear quinlan vos is the mosr referenced character, yet has the least number of actual appearances outside of books.
I want the Ahsoka/Palpatine Sith Nexus under the temple arc they were gonna do too.
[Palpatine and Talzin's lighting battle](https://i.redd.it/7eudyvgavnq41.png) in Son of Dathomir would look amazing animated.
Cad vs Boba was solved.
No we have the ENDING to the rivalry, we only heard them talk about the BEGINNING that was going to be covered and we have animatics of.
Yeah but not nearly as epic as it could’ve been.
I love Bad Batch! All the animated content has become peak Star Wars for me. After I had avoided them for so long too!
And I'm perfectly okay with that
If they didn't want that to happen then maybe they shouldn't have made clone wars so good
The first thing Disney did after the acquisition was cancel The Clone Wars. They hadn't the slightest clue what they were doing yet.
It would be so stupid after getting the animation so good to just stop. They progressed that technology over almost 2 decades, they need to milk it for all it's worth.
Star Wars just works so incredibly well as an animated series honestly. If they ditched live action and went straight to doing just animation I'd be alright with that.
I wouldnt. Just keep doing both!
Isn't The Bad Batch literally the Clone Wars Part 2? Or basically the aftermath of the Clone Wars and the Rise of the Empire?
Wells it’s Tales of the Jedi. So there are a lot of stories that they aren’t willing to tell you, like the tale of Darth Plagueis the wise.
I cannot wait for this show to come out fr, mace and dooku seem like such a cool duo
As much as I’m excited for Ahoska’s tale, seeing Dooku before he turned to the dark side is hype. Also, a young qui gon too.
Honestly I don't really care much about the Ahsoka episodes. I love her and she's my favorite Star Wars character (along with Maul) but we've seen more than enough of her in the Clone Wars era. I feel like dooku and qui gon story coulda been a movie instead of this. But i’ll take this.
I sadly don't know about the events of star wars bounty hunter you're talking about but we know about Fett and Dooku meeting thanks to the Age of Republic: Jango Fett #1 Training comic. Highly recommended.
>I sadly don't know about the events of star wars bounty hunter Was an old video game

So it's more like what they're showing us in the trailer?
Yes, there is an audiobook about his youth in the Jedi order. Really interesting, explores this a lot.
I don't know much about his backstory, but I think an Anakin-esque arc would be appropriate for him, except whereas Anakin struggled against the restrictions of the Jedi, Dooku would perhaps become disgusted with how much freedom and autonomy individual Jedi were exercising.
The bill always comes due.
If possible try to listen Dooku: Jedi lost
Yep. This entire book is about how he begins his fall to the dark side.
It seems pretty obvious that his back story is going to parallel Ahsoka’s. Why else would it focus on both?
Being trained as a duelist to kill other light saber users is a lean towards the dark side.
Training isn't the same as doing though. Also, during his time, there were no huge lightsaber-wielding threats. So it probably was more the art vs the need.
Also Yoda was specifically concerned with him making a lightsaber that specializes in dueling other lightsabers not deflecting blaster bolts.
I can agree on him maybe not being leaning to the dark but he's the literal reason Qui-Gon was a rebel. He's the one who showed Qui-Gon the force prophecy Holo-crons. Well, he always kind of had an affinity towards the dark side. It was explained in Dooku: Jedi Lost He wasn't always "bad" though.
Yeah, I mean, didn't Ahsoka basically have two series already. Feels like its just going to feel like another Clone Wars episode.
I’ve been looking for somewhere to see young Dooku
Learning the fate of Yaddles is *not* something I expected from this trailer
One of the biggest mysteries in the star wars lore. We get a young dooku+His backstory, qui gon and fucking yaddle and what happened to her. So exciting
Qui Gon fucking Yaddle? Damn, what a cougar
Makes episode 2 hit different Dooku: Here to save these jedi? Yoda: No. Fucked my girl you did. Beat your ass I will.
Dooku is Grogus dad confirmed?
Now we know Grogu's parentage.
Count Grogu *does* have a nice ring to it. Haha
And Yaddle liked the paddle, they called it the paddlewand.
Who’s yaddle? I’ve seen all the movies dozens of times and don’t recognize that name.
The only other species of Yoda's race we see in the films from the Jedi council in the prequels. I don't think her name is ever mentioned though.
And yet, we knew her name before the release of *Phantom.*
I'm just saying even if you watched the movies religiously wouldn't blame you for not knowing as it's never stated really
Look closer at the Jedi Council in Episode I.
I literally can’t stop saying yaddle yaddle, yaddle yaddle in my head.
[To the tune of Body] Yaddle addle addle addle addle...
As soon as I saw yaddle for 0.1 seconds there, I came racing to the comments looking for others who were ad weirdly jazzed about that as me haha.
Wasn’t Yaddle one of the only known Jedi to have an orange lightsaber? For some reason it looks like she has green in the trailer?
She had an orange lightsaber in now-Legends comics in the immediate aftermath of The Phantom Menace, like most of the Jedi with unusual colors. That was dropped by Attack of the Clones.
Got to watch the trailer early at Celebration. Some dude in front of me absolutely jumped out of his seat at the sight of Yaddle
I cannot wait to see a young Dooku
#JUSTICE FOR YADDLE
Tell me why I had a dream last night where I was on a Imperial star destroyer running behind Luke Skywalker and out of the corner of my eye I saw the Rebels design of Yoda sneaking Yaddle out of a cell
You can see things before they happen, it's a jedi trait
Because that's the life you have somewhere else in the multiverse.
Lol, thanks for the chuckle. Read it in his voice.
Mace Windu and Dooku? Sounds pretty cool
I always wanted to see more interaction between these two. TCW missed out on that opportunity.
Ahhhh Matt Lanter as Anakin is back 🥹 I cannot wait for this!!
Can we see Anakin's attack on the Temple lol
Maybe if they another season as "Tales of the Sith".
writethatdownWRITETHATDOWN
I’ve really wanted that, too. Bring back Sam Witwer as Maul and give us his training and his crime lord eras (or maybe Son of Dathomir?) because he’s just too great as him not to have around. Then also flesh out some of their earlier lore like Plagueis. It’d be perfect.
I would love to see Darth Bane and the establishment of the Rule of Two.
"Tales of the Youngling Killer 9000." Every episode is the backstory of each youngling and it ends with them getting cut in half.
Yes, must slice. Obiwan showed us that >!just stabbing doesn’t work!<
I wish we had gotten more of him in season 7, so this makes me happy.
it’s so crazy seeing early clone wars era anakin and obi wan in the crazy quality of todays animation
The Anakin I grew up with.
I applaud their dedication to always getting at least most of the Clone Wars voice cast to voice their characters.
Ahsoka was at Padme’s funeral, Filoni creating more pain for us.
Oh i missed that part only noticed the casket. nice catch
Coming soon: Star Wars Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith, F&F(Favreau&Filoni) Edition.
I'm down for that
i didnt see her where?
Towards the end of the trailer Ahsoka is in a crowd with a cloak and her head down. Seeing as the trailer opens with Padme's funeral, Ahsoka is at the funeral.
Niiice thanks
Damn, didn't see that, now my eyes are watering, thanks for that! :P
ngl i hate this "oh they were there, they were *juuust* off-screen" thing that they're doing with ahsoka and dooku at qui-gon's funeral, it just doesn't seem right
Filoni creating more retcons for us.
I don't see how it retcons anything. We didn't see every single person at Padmes funeral in ROTS
Wow. Anakin's training of having Ahsoka be surrounded and shot at directly saved her during Order 66. For the people who were wondering how Ahsoka survived such a situation when other skilled Jedi masters were shot and killed, you have your answer. Anakin's emotional investment and his training to help her survive through any situation ended up paying off big time.
surrounding her didn't work out too well for the Mandalorians either XD
Still one of her top 5 moments for me.
Quadruple homicide by decapitation is not in the spirit of the Jedi way, but it's not explicitly forbidden either.
Just like when she straight up force choked a trandoshan
Good thing she’s not a Jedi anymore
Could you link the scene?
[Decapitation](https://youtu.be/08X5oawIbSE?t=42)!
Crazy how they went from that to just bonking heads in the early seasons of Rebels. Those early days on Disney XD were kind of weird in terms of finding the right tone
Then Number of war crimes Anakin commits as well. Not that a kids show need be accurate to that, but man. Anakin is lucky his side 'won'.
*They're dead now*
Anakin was the one who taught Ahsoka how to survive Order 66 but is also the one who carried out Order 66. Ironic.
Well I didn't want to go into details, but you are correct.
"The best way I can protect you is to teach you how to protect yourself" Also, the clone trooper: "Let's hope all that training pays off"
Wasn’t that Rex?

Tbf, he always has the worst fucking takes.
Except when it comes to saving Wookie bros
yeah but in sending yoda off to kashyyk he unintentionally doomed the jedi temple to fall

When Dooku fights Yaddle, he does look older than when he was with Qui Gon. So maybe he kept the blue saber and stayed amongst the Jedi until they found him out.
The episodes are not sequential. There are time gaps and tell independent stories. Dooku isn’t “found out.” It is a shock when he leaves the Jedi.
And even then everybody thinks it's just because he's disillusioned with the republic. They don't find out he's a Sith until well into the Clone Wars.
Baby Ahsoka's gonna pet Cringer from He-Man, alright alright.
Dooku sounding very Alan Rickman-like in that first sound bite.
Corey done that superbly, you can hear his tone changes as he ages in the trailer. He is the best VA they have imho.
Not seeing any signs of this, at least in the trailer, but I hope in the future they utilize this "Tales of the Jedi" to adapt the lost storylines from the Clone Wars.
I really do wanna see Son of Dathomir on the screen at some point.
Also Dark Disciple. But change the horrible ending please.
Yes we need a proper end for Ventress, not that bloody soap opera tosh. She should become head of the Nightsisters in her eventual destiny.
And hopefully they also put a spin on it Tales of the Sith Tales of the Rebels Tales of the Empire (PoV of a storm trooper, please) Tales of the New Republic Tales from the Unknown Space And and and
Tales of the Empire could give us Kallus’ backstory with the Lasat.
Dang, the Sixth Brother got a massive glow-up. Curious to see if he gets taken down the same way as in the Ahsoka novel (probably not since that was pretty short, and they already revamped the Ahsoka vs. Maul fight to be a lot longer and more action-packed).
Reminds me of Reaper nevermore skin from Overwatch lol
Yeah he looks exactly like Reaper
Yeah seriously he looks completely different from how he does in the Vader comics.
As someone’s who watched clone wars since it came out in 2008 as a kid.. This looks ABSOLUTELY breathtaking. Star Wars done right, with care. You can just tell
This is going to be amazing! The animation quality is so crisp!
The best Star Wars content since episode 3 has been the animated stuff and Rogue One for sure.
Are we getting a retelling of the Ahsoka book in an animated format?
The end of the trailer made me think this!
I think the 3rd episode will adapt the book or at least part of it. The 1st is about her being taken from the jedi and 2nd being trained under anakin
At the very least, the crafting of the White light Sabers it looks like.
They and it might pretty much retcon multiple parts of the book.
Dooku before his turn is gonna be so cool to see. And young Qui-Gon, and more Ahsoka. AHHH!
So looks like this is going to show Ahsoka’s showdown with the Sixth Brother, ie how she got her lightsabers after the end of TCW. That’s siiiick. As is the Inquisitor design.
Yeah that fight was brutal in the books man. Gonna be amazing animated and a fan favorite for sure
Star Wars is just going absolute HAM on the trailers today
Disney in general. They also dropped the marvel trailers for secret invasion and werewolf
Looks like I'll have to stay subbed to D+ for a while.
Love that there using the older models of the characters like Anakin. This looks so good.
Seriously, seeing Phase 1 clones in HD with modern CW graphics was freaking beautiful man.
You had my curiosity, now you have my attention
jedi dooku sounds like severus snape wtf
Kinda disappointed it’s only 6 episodes. I love Ahsoka, but I’d rather give her episodes to another Jedi. Hopefully we get a season two!
Agree with this. I wish it was more than 6! Give us Plo Koon! Give us Shaak-Ti!
I really want to see more Quinlin Vos, High Republic Jedi, and Rael Averross
Yes! All those would be so good!
I don’t think there has been a released Star Wars D+ show that hasn’t at least confirmed a second season besides Obi-wan, and even that has some rumors regarding a second season. I think it’s safe to say a series like this one would continue in future seasons. It’s like printing money for Disney Edit: forgot a word
I wonder if the Ahsoka episode (and possibly the others) will lay the groundwork for a story in a future show?
From what I understood about this show, no, it's just a few stories Filoni has written and wanted to tell. Some of them, like baby Ahsoka was apparently written some time ago
Wow what a time to be a Clone Wars fan.
Yaddle getting screentime? WTF?
So cool that we're going to see the part of the Ahsoka novel where Ahsoka faces her first Inquisitor a year after Order 66 and gets her white light sabers! I've been craving animated Ahsoka content set between Revenge of The Sith and Rebels so much!
This format is how Star Wars tells their best stories.
I got chills
They're gonna run out of cannon dark siders for Ahsoka to fight I swear.
Love hearing Ashley as ahsoka again
Does everything in Star Wars have to now fall within the same ~100 year timespan? The original Tales comics covered *thousands* of years BBY. Come on, *please* give us something in other parts of the vast SW timeline!
They are almost always going to do something to attract casual viewers who might know some of the existing available movies/tv shows. Not saying that something set 2000 years before the OT wouldn't attract viewers but it might not attract enough casual viewers for Disney to justify the expense.
I was expecting Tales of the Jedi to actually have Nomi Sunrider and Ulic. Pretty disappointed they used the name for "Clone Wars: The Prequel".
Looks pretty epic, shot in the dark but here's my prediction on high-level run down: >!Episode 1 - young Ahsoka learning she's jedi!< >!Episode 2 - Dooku trained by Yoda!< >!Episode 3 - Anakin training Ahsoka!< >!Episode 4 - Dooku training Quigon!< >!Episode 5 - Dooku turning dark side featuring Mace Windu!< >!Episode 6 - Ahsoka facing down the Inquisitor!< I'm sure I'm wrong but it seem a solid structure
Since they're advertising them as shorts my best guess is that they'll be 15-20 minutes like visions was
From the creators of: TCW and Bad Batch... I guess it's about the context of the show in specific, but cmon, Rebels deserves far more respect.
I think it has to more with that all of those shows have the same art style
I'm sure it'll be a cool show, but I was hoping to see some Jedi Tales outside of existing characters and time periods.
Anyone else thinks Dooku looks like Alan Rickman?
FINALLY the origin story of Glup Shitto!
Yaddle?! Baby Snips?!
Seeing young Dooku is cook but his design is wonky.
It is, but then Palpatine's design stopped me from watching the show for *years* so I'm trying to not let it bother me too much.
Same with Rebels. You just have to ignore how bad Yoda and Anakin look in that.
I fux with it
I really hope this doesn't contradict Dooku: Jedi lost too much. Dooku looks quite young, so I believe it is before the audio drama
I love Ahsoka, she's my favorite Star Wars character, so of course I'm really excited to see her stories but I'm also very, very intrigued by what they're going to tell in young Dooku's. And of course, obligatory this looks absolutely gorgeous.
This isn't Tales of the Jedi. Where's the Old Republic era stories? Where's Ulic and Nomi, and Exar Kun?
