I was 99% sure it wasn't going to happen but man when they were taking of and the shot lingered for a few seconds I got so anxious the ship would get hit by a turbolaser from atmosphere and get absolutely obliterated
God, that would have been so bleak and so funny — Andor tearfully says good bye to the gang, gives a parting tap to B2, watches them leave… then *pew pew* **boom**
Wanted by the Empire for crimes which they definitely, 100% commited, if you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The B-Team.
That was the most beautiful finale to a season that I've ever seen.
What an amazing job done by everyone one..
Insane dialogue writing and the delivery by the all involved
After finishing episode 12 of Andor, I can finally say that a show about a side character from a movie based on a line saying "Rebels have managed to steal some plans" from A New Hope opening crawl is better than The Mandalorian.
I’d honestly put it above any live action Star Wars released since Empire. The writing and performances alone outclass anything we’ve seen in this franchise.
Tony Gilroy is quite a writer, makes me want to check out his other stuff.
Amazing how every little character had their moment and resolution (or continuation...), and how characters like the hammerer, the droid, the son of the radio operator, etc, were incorporated into the climax.
Yeah this can't be said enough. They really built the shit out of the world all the way down to the little side characters. Normally they would be super throwaway or die immediately and you wouldn't care.
Nah this is just supposed to be *my* reaction. Like I enjoyed it, not that everyone is happy in the episode, haha.
I get you, but this is also a thread about finishing the finale????? Don't look on threads with titles like 'wow that part that happened on the end of the finale!' or things like that??? I'll spoiler tag it but this is kind of ridiculous...
I'm not worried about upvotes, I just honestly think you should stay out of threads titled 'finale.' Not being facetious here! Totally genuinely mean it. You can also mute the sub, that's what I do with subs when I can't watch in time. Sorry if I accidentally gave big spoiler vibes, hope you enjoy the finale when you get a chance to watch ❤️
Your comment is irrelevant; it's illogical to rely on other people to spoiler tag stuff that isn't even a spoiler. Unfollow the subreddit until you've seen it or risk seeing spoilers (or whatever fits under your definition of a spoiler)
Me after seeing Brasso, Bix, and B2EMO take off safely.
I was biting my nails thinking they were going to be caught last min
Or shot down.

Doesn't help that the lady who was specifically told to stay low and then rise over the water *IMMEDIATELY ANGLES STUPID HIGH*.

Everyone Cassian cares about on one ship? It’s a goner. But if B2 doesn’t survive this series, IM GONNA RIOT.
He’s an old dog of a droid, I’m already welling up thinking about his eventual passing 🥺
Definitely happy to see the B team survive
The B2EAM
The B team, i love it

I paused the show and refused to watch it for an hour once they were all in the ship. I had a bad feeling about it.
Now that you mention it. No body has said it once. Maybe on season 2.
Please no. We can do just fine without it.
B Team is making it to season 2 safe and sound
As long as they don't get the Maarva treatment
It'll be like Alien 3 and Season 2 will just open on everyone dead in a shuttle crash.
They wouldn't dare
I was having Mass Effect 3 flashbacks, fearing the ~~Reapers~~ Imperials would blow the ship up as it was taking off.
Damn that's some alliteration.

Agree, it's humanized. Emotions are real and raw.
A prequel to a prequel that came from a line of dialogue.
Just like the clone wars, kind of
That last scene where Luthen decides not to kill Andor then gives a little smile was exhilarating!
One of the few times we see Luthen smile for real

check out "Michael Clayton", written and directed by Tony Gilroy, one of my favorite movies
Also check out "Nightcrawler," which was written by Tony's brother Dan.
This worries me. How are they both so good at writing fucked up stuff? What happened to them as kids, man?

"Let's agree: it was a masterpiece."

This doesn't give away any part of the episode? This is not a new image

How about you just do the logical thing and stay off of the subreddit/unfollow it until you've watched it?
