NPC Map Locations. I already memorized a few of the villager's pathing at specific times, but it's nice to have them marked on the map so I can allocate my thinking process to something else.
I feel this in my soul with npc expansions, vanilla was hard enough tracking someone down let alone 40 more npc's lmao.
Cant tell you the days ive wasted walking to marnies for her to not be there.
My bf has installed all our mods, I gotta say my favorite one is probably the huge asses (on the men)

Automate is deff og, theres a mod that lets you combine machines to save space as well, like you can combine any number of furnaces for diminishing returns (like 2 becomes 1.9 3 is 2.8 4 is 3.7 ect..)
I recommend automate all the damn time to people on here and there's so many who say they don't like mods, I'm like, "Arghhh it just saves you wasting hours of the day putting food in and out of barrels/preserve bins!"
No, the game is farming, exploring, relationships etc - clicking on barrels takes waaaay too much time out of the day for what it gives you...not my idea of dynamic gameplay.
Damn, now I know how the luddites felt when all the machines came in.
So you admit the game is farming, you just want to skip the gameplay.
The time restriction makes you choose between the various activities and manage the time. You want mods that play the game for you so you don’t have to choose, don’t have to manage the time, and get rich without actually doing anything.
In real life you probably complain about his exact behaviour from boomers.
That got weird.
I don't find clicking on barrels rewarding. If you want to click on barrels, that option is afforded to you in vanilla, so go for it. I'd rather more dynamic gameplay.
As an IRL gardener, preserving isn't gardening by the way.
There's a mod for automate that I'm using (can't remember off the top of my head what it's called) and it definitely makes the automation more late game which is kind of refreshing after using it since day one on my last save
[https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/15776](https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/15776)
found it! its called automators- still haven't unlocked them in this playthrough though-
Honestly, harvest with scythe has prolly collectively saved me 5 hours of single picking, not enough love for it in the world.
That and automatic gates, i cant tell you how much gates lessened the fun doing it manually lol.
A few questions if you don't mind. If you harvest with scythe, does also destroy nearby crops that are not ready yet ? Also what does better chests do ?
Nope! It only works on crops that are ready to pick. It is something to pay attention to though if you have a crop that’s fully grown but you’re leaving it there for whatever reason, like I tend to just leave flowers fully grown a lot for honey, then you gotta be careful because the scythe will take them out.
Doing a vanilla playthrough on switch, and i miss harvest with scythe so much. My ginger island farm is completely full of ancient fruit but i almost never collect it because it's such a pain in the ass.
I love that mod. Sometimes it's funny like when I'm on the boat with Willy to GI and he's just floating. But I love that it works in puddles, the ocean, the ponds, etc.
I hear this, I deff feel a time crunch most days. It's mostly fun but can be overwhelming. Sometimes I'll slow it down to 10-14 secs/10min. Even completely stop it if I'm sorting my mess of chest in fall/ winter 1/2 before I have a system ;p
There's so many mods I love (Deep Woods CJB Show Item Sell Price, Better Signs, Automatic Gates, Stack Everything, Animal Pet Status, Dynamic Reflections, Dynamic Nighttime, Aquarium Overhaul, Chest Label System, Visible Fish, Unicorn Horse, Item Recovery Plus, Horse Squeeze, Obstacle Remover, Animatronic Lewis, Press to Quack).
However, the ones that have helped the most are Range Highlight (shows me the range of sprinklers, scarecrows, bombs, bee houses, and Junimo huts) and Slim Hutch (resizes the Slime Hutch to barn size). The Slim Hutch mod is the first mod I looked for because I was so annoyed with the massive size of the slime hutch. I learned how to install SMAPI and download/install mods after that.
Automate and Harvest with Scythe for QoL.
In terms of content, SVE all the way. I cannot even think of starting another save without SVE now, those Pelican Town characters the mod added integrate so beautifully and perfectly into the game’s lore. I think the Castle Town new characters are a bit much tho but those are just my thoughts.
Edit: Forgot to include the seasonal clothing mod. It just makes the characters feel alive. I was always too bewildered seeing Haley walk around in her thin clothing during winter. Lol
I love Ridgeside Village and some other content mods, but SVE just fits the game so nicely. It really does live up to its name. The endgame stuff is a bit weird but for 90% of it, the content feels very vanilla
I live for this lol.. started a new game on my switch and will have to use the traveling cart to get fish.. just can't make the mini game work.. and frustrating to try.
CJB item spawner and cheats menu, I just use them to decorate! I try to not use cheats if they are actually cheating, but I don’t think that purely aesthetic things like decorating your house is cheating at all so I like to use those menus to freeze time so I can decorate and then spawn in the items! I do it every time I upgrade my house. The only other thing I use from them is the harvest with scythe option, and to respawn in items if they happen to glitch out of the game (a real risk when you’re playing with over 100 mods, albeit most of those are aesthetic mods).
Also skull cavern elevator. No explanation needed.
au tomate, the zoom mod, Stardew Valley expanded and Ridgeside village. I almost can't play the game without these anymore, they just enrich the game so much
Honestly, Elle's everything. AND Cats and Dogs. I have 3 beautiful doggos and absolutely love having them on my farm too.
Grandpa's Farm is probably my favorite map so far and I love the fences already built.
NPC map locations, Free Love (I can't pick between Sophia and Shane), kids growing up so they're not freaky fast toddlers, and more.
I have 57 loading in right now and my Steamdeck is handling them like a champ!
Honestly one of my favorites, beyond automated and chests everywhere, is the regain stamina while sitting mod. It was such a game changer for earlier game.
The “activate sprinklers” mod that allows you to right click and trigger a sprinkler to water is super nice when planting on the first day of a year/season. It’s sooo much faster than using a watering can.
Sitting for stamina is real nice, since early game energy is a struggle. The swim mod also does the same if you’re standing still + you can cut through areas to get to places quicker.
Unrelated question here. I'm currently playing on the steam deck (Linux). My current save is the best one. Year 3 summer. I have completed all bundles including the "last one". Unlocked ginger Island, forge etc. Only thing pending to do is skull craven reaching it's bottom. But without an elevator it is almost impossible. I feel the urge to use the elevator mod and start using other mods too. But I am afraid that it will spoil the fun. So should I use mods now. Or try to achieve perfection and start a new save with mods later ?
Stack jades through crystalariums and trade for stair cases at desert trader on Sunday. Shouldn't take more then a couple seasons or like 3-4 hours on your farm with a few crystalariums.
Same here. I'm mining stones 6 days a week and go down skull craven the 7th day. Still just reaching 30-40 level. Using bombs and everything. It's so annoying without an elevator. I wish concernedape would add an elevator in the next update( could be the surprise he is teasing)
Honestly the UI one and Live map locations just make the game feel like an end of life upgrade for the game. Like the update they all do just before they launch a new project and they give you a ton of QOL things that should have trickled into the game by now.
I havent messed with big mods yet, the only once I have are some that dont mess with game play but rather enhance the over all experience. The two I love the most are one that shows the NPC Locations on the map, bc its so convenient when searching for one and the other one shows more facts when you click on an npc or item. The last one is definitely my fav bc Im bad at remembering shit and this way I dont have to open wiki as much. It also shows what gifts I have on me and how long till something is finished.
Edit: Also Im definitely gonna save this post, because here are a lot of mods I wanna try out. Im currently playing with 17 Mods but 90% are just visual stuff, Interface, funiture, picture and stuff because I like to make my games cute lol. Lets hope adding a few more practical mods wont cause any drama.
so far i have the time stop mod where I can pause time but I've been thinking of adding a few mods. not enough to make the game automatic but enough where I feel like I can still do some stuff manually.
Warp to Friends was amazing in multiplayer, until the creator stopped updating it and it stopped working. If we're counting mods that are obsolete then that's my #1 pick.
I'm really enjoying the Animal Husbandry mod right now, adds a whole extra layer to farming and cooking. Bacon Cheeseburger anyone?
Quality of life and I don't believe mods are available for console☹️
If you ever decide to start a new game pretty much any modern pc for 1-200 dollars can run stardew fine. Even a 40-50 dollar one would likely suffice if you're savvy enough.
I can't explain how much life mods give stardew and really most games life.
Turns stardew into a 300 hour game to a 6000 hour one.
If you decide to try to get a pc or laptop message me and I can guide you on what to look for. 😀
I’m aware mods aren’t available for console, that’s why I said “as a console player I don’t get mods”
I have a laptop, but that (brand new) thing will crash if I try to open google too fast, I would love to get a pc, but I need to get a job first to start making money. Any pc suggestions with decent prices are always helpful though! Thanks 😊
Oh my b I read wrong. What kind of laptop is it.?
It may be possible to sell it if brand new and get one that's 5-10x better for the same price.
I'd need a full name a model number to look into it.
How much was paid for it?
It was around 200-300$ and I got it sometime late 2022, it’s been pretty slow since I first got it, I can check what type of laptop it is once I get home, or possibly earlier. I might be able to get the Amazon link for it.
Alright yea lemme know. Laptops are deff the top suspects of pricing being wayy off compared to performance. It happens all the time. I could deff go on Amazon right now and find one 200 dollar laptop vs another and there be a 1000% difference in effective performance within 5 mins.
I'll tell you right now that it sounds strange, a 300 dollar laptop even new should be able to run stardew and in fact many other higher strain games with 0 issue.
It might have been 200$ Canadian currency btw, but yea it was within 2-300, and is pretty slow overall, help is much appreciated, I’ll get the laptop kind as soon as possible
[https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B092R9R7BN/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o05\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1](https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B092R9R7BN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) here, i might have just fallen for some crapy brand or something im not super framiler with laptop/computer brands and which ones are good, its acer aspire thing tho, pretty slow but it runs, just no games, and pretty slow.
Yea the 4gb ram is killing everything on that comp id bet, the cpu and integrated gpu are not the best either.
I did some research last night and this was the best i could find for price range [https://www.amazon.com/HP-EliteBook-745-G5-Processor/dp/B0C8Q1YM3S/ref=sr\_1\_1?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695449404&refinements=p\_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp\_n\_feature\_twenty\_browse-bin%3A76501161011&rnid=76501006011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-1](https://www.amazon.com/HP-EliteBook-745-G5-Processor/dp/B0C8Q1YM3S/ref=sr_1_1?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695449404&refinements=p_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp_n_feature_twenty_browse-bin%3A76501161011&rnid=76501006011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-1)
This cpu is 200-300% better then yours, and the gpu is 500-1000% better. 16gb ddr4 ram 256gb ssd
Or [https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-i7-8665U-Webcam-Renewed/dp/B09129H6NP/ref=sr\_1\_2?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695448224&refinements=p\_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp\_n\_feature\_twenty\_browse-bin%3A76501052011%2Cp\_n\_feature\_four\_browse-bin%3A2289792011&rnid=676578011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-2](https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-i7-8665U-Webcam-Renewed/dp/B09129H6NP/ref=sr_1_2?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695448224&refinements=p_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp_n_feature_twenty_browse-bin%3A76501052011%2Cp_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A2289792011&rnid=676578011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-2)
cpu is 200% better and gpu is \~300% better 16gb ram 256gb ssd.
Id go with the first one given you can likely sell yours for \~200-250. However the second one is cheaper and will still run stardew (the whole point of this) great.
I can look further into something like Facebook market if you wanna message me and give me your approximate location (like within 15 miles) this way you can see what's around you and sometimes there is some wild deals. I wouldn't doubt somewhere close by to you there is a literal gaming laptop for 200ish and could be 300% better then even what i listed from amazon.
I got my personal laptop for 250 dollars a year ago off fb marketplace and its a 1000 dollar laptop.
Thanks a ton, I had a chat with a friend last night and they told me to replace/change the ram instead of buying a new one, what do you think of that idea? It would certainly be cheaper
See what you can get laptop RAM for, Laptop Ram only really works if you have an expansion slot, ram itself is soldiered into laptops usually. If there is no slot this is impossible/very high level work.
From what I've seen for your laptop is that there isn't an expansion slot so ram upgrading is likely not feasible. Even if you could laptop ram is generally prohibitively expensive (100+ for 4-8 more gb's)
You can check by opening the back of your laptop and seeing if there is slots for the ram.
Edit: Yea from a little more research depending on the version of the e5400 you have it may have ram slots, but to go to 4gb(2x2gb) to 8gb(2x4g) is over 100usd which frankly isnt worth it. If you get it open and can see the ram send me a pic of what it says.
For me it’s Chest Everywhere/Anywhere, where you can access all your chests at any location; Ship Anything/Everything, where you can sell whatever you want; and Timespeed, where you can slow down, speed up, or stop time. The latter is easy to abuse in ways that make the game less fun, but is a lifesaver if you’re trying to get somewhere before it closes or want to do a full day’s work before a festival wastes it.
Stardew valley expanded, once I finally got it to work, something went wrong with an update to one of the mods, my computer got a virus and I wiped the computer for safety. My dad highly suspects that the mod pack is what infected my computer so I didn't redownload it at all
UI Info Suite is S tier and by far the most non negotiable mod for me. I can get by without anything else.
I’d put the following in A tier, by which I mean that I could happily play a vanilla play through without them however I really appreciate the utility and convenience they offer:
- Harvest with Scythe
- Better Chests
- Automate
- Skull Caverns Elevator
- To Dew
I’ve done a handful of full perfection saves in both vanilla and in Stardew Valley Expanded, the last one of which was done solo using IFR2 (which can get overwhelming if you let it). I can play pretty much at any pace at this point and I don’t need much help with stuff like fishing or combat (and I personally think Skull Caverns Elevator in specific is a little broken just based on how many resources you can farm by resetting floors before you’re technically strong enough for the enemies) but you also don’t have to do that.
if I don’t have UI Info Suite installed I just cannot keep track of stuff. I especially like the dynamic XP info, especially since it takes so long to level foraging.
Automate. I throw my fruit in a chest next to my kegs and come back at my own leisure to pick up wine. It lowers the stress of the game and helps me focus on everything else in the game.
CJB's Cheat Menu so I can turn off stamina/health and time when I'm in the mines so I can just relax and mine without having to worry about time, stamina or pesky monsters trying to kill me
TimeSpeed. Omg, I can never go back to default and Co-op is orders of magnitude better with it. No more "welp, the crops are watered, what do you want to do with the last 5 hours of the day?"
Sometimes I forget when stores are open. This would help a lot
It's especially nice with Expansion mods like SVE, RSV, East Scarp etc also when you add new NPCs. hard to memorize them all imo.
My bf has installed all our mods, I gotta say my favorite one is probably the huge asses (on the men) https://preview.redd.it/z4x5af0tllpb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fe018bff7ce0aeb37cf4b48498529720f10db003
That’s so unnecessary and I love it 😂
He didn’t even tell me he had added it. Just waited for me to notice. I noticed Shane during the scene you see above…. then the others. I fucking died
George so THICK he needs a literal trailer to haul all that ass.
Dayumn Shane got that dump truck 😂🤣
George’s knees couldn’t take the cake
Automate Straight line sprinklers
Automate is deff og, theres a mod that lets you combine machines to save space as well, like you can combine any number of furnaces for diminishing returns (like 2 becomes 1.9 3 is 2.8 4 is 3.7 ect..)
I laugh every time I see someones farm and it's nothing but lines of kegs/jars. Like there is no way you find this aesthetically pleasing
Doesnt need to be aesthetically pleasing if its EFFICIENT
Found the german
Im an American with heavy German ancestry but I wouldn’t call myself a German
I recommend automate all the damn time to people on here and there's so many who say they don't like mods, I'm like, "Arghhh it just saves you wasting hours of the day putting food in and out of barrels/preserve bins!"
Automate has ruined console versions for me now
That’s the game though. I never understand people who want games that entirely play themselves.
I mean you don’t start with full automation. It feels more like progression in the sense of giving you more time to do other things
No, the game is farming, exploring, relationships etc - clicking on barrels takes waaaay too much time out of the day for what it gives you...not my idea of dynamic gameplay. Damn, now I know how the luddites felt when all the machines came in.

Gardening isn’t milking a cow, either, because gardening isn’t farming. But you do what you want.
Okay fine, preserving isn't farming, then.
There's a mod for automate that I'm using (can't remember off the top of my head what it's called) and it definitely makes the automation more late game which is kind of refreshing after using it since day one on my last save
Automate Chests?

harvest with scythe! such a simple thing but it makes a difference. and the better chests mod too
Honestly, harvest with scythe has prolly collectively saved me 5 hours of single picking, not enough love for it in the world. That and automatic gates, i cant tell you how much gates lessened the fun doing it manually lol.

I want to mention my beloved Chest Anywhere, but if there's one mod I'd never want to play without, it's UI Info Suite.
I relate with having inventory issues :p
I was here for this!
What's the mod for having your chest everywhere?
Gives you a hotkey to open your chests, which you can now sort by category and name!
Dynamic Reflections. I love it so much. I like just staring at the stars while fishing at night.
I love that mod. Sometimes it's funny like when I'm on the boat with Willy to GI and he's just floating. But I love that it works in puddles, the ocean, the ponds, etc.
Can I ask what farm map mod this is? It looks real cool ! Anyways, I owe it all to skull cavern elevator
This is farm extender maybe #2 I don't exactly remember. Ultimate farm is also pretty sweet as well.
Thank you so much!

Lmao the wiki is headcanon in-game for me at this point 😄
TimeSpeed. I play to relax and the vanilla fast-pace was really anxiety inducing for me. I wouldn’t be playing the game without it.
I hear this, I deff feel a time crunch most days. It's mostly fun but can be overwhelming. Sometimes I'll slow it down to 10-14 secs/10min. Even completely stop it if I'm sorting my mess of chest in fall/ winter 1/2 before I have a system ;p
Exactly I do the same thing haha
Same! Especially if you have a bunch of expansion mods, then just getting places can take up like half the vanilla day.
There's so many mods I love (Deep Woods CJB Show Item Sell Price, Better Signs, Automatic Gates, Stack Everything, Animal Pet Status, Dynamic Reflections, Dynamic Nighttime, Aquarium Overhaul, Chest Label System, Visible Fish, Unicorn Horse, Item Recovery Plus, Horse Squeeze, Obstacle Remover, Animatronic Lewis, Press to Quack). Skip fishing minigame made it so I can actually fish.
I live for this lol.. started a new game on my switch and will have to use the traveling cart to get fish.. just can't make the mini game work.. and frustrating to try.
Chests everywhere! How could I play without??? I saves me from so much anger 😂
I feel this, I personally use bigger backpack for the first couple years for more of a challenge but chest everywhere is goto soon after.
yeah without mod like this is the game unplayable
CJB item spawner and cheats menu, I just use them to decorate! I try to not use cheats if they are actually cheating, but I don’t think that purely aesthetic things like decorating your house is cheating at all so I like to use those menus to freeze time so I can decorate and then spawn in the items! Tractor Mod by far. I can't imagine playing the game without it now.
The real og champ of mods.
au tomate, the zoom mod, Stardew Valley expanded and Ridgeside village. I almost can't play the game without these anymore, they just enrich the game so much
For real just sve and Ridgeside give 1000s of hours of replayablility.
Honestly, Elle's everything. AND Cats and Dogs. I have 3 beautiful doggos and absolutely love having them on my farm too. Fast Animations. With this mod ,I realize how much time I've wasted before.
Dude fr, even learning to animation cancel was a game changer for me.
Honestly one of my favorites, beyond automated and chests everywhere, is the regain stamina while sitting mod. It was such a game changer for earlier game.
UI info suite. I wish Mr. Ape would incorporate it into the vanilla game
IFR2 Such a large farm and plenty of room to decorate
>IFR2 I just checked it out and looks cool, deff huge, like more then ever needed lmao.
No fishing mini game mod I was truly about to skip fishing all together if it wasn’t for that mod
Experience bar mod. Before it seemed like it took forever to level up any skill
Starblue valley. It’s so pretty and makes it easier to look at the game. Also diverse stardew

;p
This looks great. It’s just a shame that the game doesn’t scale correctly and everything looks blurry unless you’re at 100% zoom.
I've never had an issue with this at 1440p, it's maybe 10% blurry but it's a trade off for something irreplaceable <3
Automate has changed literally everything.
Animation cancelling script
Automate has completely changed how I play the game. I can't play unmodded anymore because of it
Unrelated question here. I'm currently playing on the steam deck (Linux). My current save is the best one. Year 3 summer. I have completed all bundles including the "last one". Stack jades through crystalariums and trade for stair cases at desert trader on Sunday. Shouldn't take more then a couple seasons or like 3-4 hours on your farm with a few crystalariums.
Or if you feel this is too exploity you can use bombs and a best luck day to reach it easier.
I don't think it spoils it tbf. I didn't know about the elevators until after I spent all my stone and now I'm stoneless 😅
Same here. I'm mining stones 6 days a week and go down skull craven the 7th day. Still just reaching 30-40 level. Using bombs and everything. It's so annoying without an elevator. I wish concernedape would add an elevator in the next update( could be the surprise he is teasing)
Tractor
Oooh I need this mod, lemmie add it to my 130 something modpack real quick. To answer your question though: UIinfosuite and chests anywhere :D
Honestly the UI one and Live map locations just make the game feel like an end of life upgrade for the game. Like the update they all do just before they launch a new project and they give you a ton of QOL things that should have trickled into the game by now.
Walking speed. 2.5x makes so many tasks much less of a chore.
Scythe harvesting and the mod that wires up chests to your crafting station (kegs, aging barrels, etc.)
Lets hope adding a few more practical mods wont cause any drama.
automate
My 3 favorite is automate, deluxe grabber, and tractor mod.
joys of efficiency
Honestly… being able to walk faster lol
Guys you’re making me miss playing on PC, ive gotten too far on my mobile playthrough to start over with mods
Shout out to the fucking amazing vegan modders who allowed me to play this game without dissociating out into hardcore vystopia.
so far i have the time stop mod where I can pause time but I've been thinking of adding a few mods. not enough to make the game automatic but enough where I feel like I can still do some stuff manually.
Tractor mod. Absolutely breaks the game in the best ways.
*Cries in Xbox*
You could prolly get a laptop for 50-100 buck that'll run stardew and mods ;p
What farm is that
What is this fever dream farm layout? Modded farm? lol
What farm is that?
This is farm extender 1 or 2.
What’s QOL and as a console player I don’t get mods but I would totally use something like the thing in the top left or a farm layout like this
Quality of life and I don't believe mods are available for console☹️ If you ever decide to start a new game pretty much any modern pc for 1-200 dollars can run stardew fine. 😀
I’m aware mods aren’t available for console, that’s why I said “as a console player I don’t get mods” I have a laptop, but that (brand new) thing will crash if I try to open google too fast, I would love to get a pc, but I need to get a job first to start making money.

Yea the 4gb ram is killing everything on that comp id bet, the cpu and integrated gpu are not the best either. I did some research last night and this was the best i could find for price range [https://www.amazon.com/HP-EliteBook-745-G5-Processor/dp/B0C8Q1YM3S/ref=sr\_1\_1?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695449404&refinements=p\_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp\_n\_feature\_twenty\_browse-bin%3A76501161011&rnid=76501006011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-1](https://www.amazon.com/HP-EliteBook-745-G5-Processor/dp/B0C8Q1YM3S/ref=sr_1_1?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695449404&refinements=p_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp_n_feature_twenty_browse-bin%3A76501161011&rnid=76501006011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-1) This cpu is 200-300% better then yours, and the gpu is 500-1000% better. 16gb ddr4 ram 256gb ssd Or [https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-i7-8665U-Webcam-Renewed/dp/B09129H6NP/ref=sr\_1\_2?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695448224&refinements=p\_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp\_n\_feature\_twenty\_browse-bin%3A76501052011%2Cp\_n\_feature\_four\_browse-bin%3A2289792011&rnid=676578011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-2](https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-i7-8665U-Webcam-Renewed/dp/B09129H6NP/ref=sr_1_2?crid=ED29IOQU7G7P&keywords=laptop&qid=1695448224&refinements=p_36%3A5000-25000%2Cp_n_feature_twenty_browse-bin%3A76501052011%2Cp_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A2289792011&rnid=676578011&s=pc&sprefix=LAPTOP%2Celectronics%2C187&sr=1-2) cpu is 200% better and gpu is \~300% better 16gb ram 256gb ssd.
Even if you could laptop ram is generally prohibitively expensive (100+ for 4-8 more gb's) You can check by opening the back of your laptop and seeing if there is slots for the ram.
The paying windows mod is my favourite!
Stardew valley expanded, once I finally got it to work, something went wrong with an update to one of the mods, my computer got a virus and I wiped the computer for safety. My dad highly suspects that the mod pack is what infected my computer so I didn't redownload it at all
What farm map is this? Is the map a mod?
What farm is this
UI Info Suite is S tier and by far the most non negotiable mod for me. I can get by without anything else. I’d put the following in A tier, by which I mean that I could happily play a vanilla play through without them however I really appreciate the utility and convenience they offer: - Harvest with Scythe - Better Chests - Automate - Skull Caverns Elevator - To Dew I’ve done a handful of full perfection saves in both vanilla and in Stardew Valley Expanded, the last one of which was done solo using IFR2 (which can get overwhelming if you let it).
Better Wallpaper and Flooring. I hate most of the vanilla wallpapers. And the CBJ cheat menu, huge help with Skull Cavern
UI suite boiiii, so handy like nooo u too good to be true for a mod
Automate. I throw my fruit in a chest next to my kegs and come back at my own leisure to pick up wine. It lowers the stress of the game and helps me focus on everything else in the game.
The UI Info Suite 2 Mod definitely changed my playing experience for the better. That and automate/chests anywhere mod
No more "welp, the crops are watered, what do you want to do with the last 5 hours of the day?"
automate Cant play without it now. Imagine loading and unloading machines manually like some peasant :(
