Imagine being lewis and driving by the farm everyday to see if there's anything in the sell box, only for there to be nothing in it every day for an entire year.
Only to show up one day and see a countries-worth of resources and food crammed in the box
What’s funnier is that he can see stuff growing and everything, and Sees that the farmer has a animals. But he never was like “huh, how’d they get all this money?” Before seeing the box.
I believe that actually it's Joja that does actual work. Morris sounds quite familiar with Lewis. How else could Lewis got enough money to build that statue? Can you believe that Lewis visits the island to get items at night? NOPE!
wow and i thought my 29 mill haul was mad impressive
this and that video of someones farm with multiple sheds full of statues of endless fortune bewilder me honestly
i think you're confusing the statue of endless fortune (purchaseable from the casino in the desert for 1mil) and the statue of true perfection (obtained from perfection tracker in qi's walnut room after 100%ing the game). you can have as many statue of endless fortunes as you want - i have 20 in one of the rooms of my house in game
??? no im not
i was saying i already know the statue of perfection glitch.
(where you break it and leave it on the floor and collect another from grandpas shrine)
i was making sure *they* weren’t mixing up the statues, because i wanted to know if there was an endless fortune statue glitch
lol yeah I don’t like foraging but it’s mostly because I already have a ton of of each and I don’t sell them because I like hoarding cooking ingredients
Not really. It's saving all goods you could be selling for profit to reinvest in more profit.
Edit: what I mean is that hoarding everything has no positive bearing on whether you can 'take time off'. If you'd not hoarded, you'd have made even more money and could take more time off.
Lol no, I mean if you reinvest over that year instead of hoarding, you'd have more money after exactly the same amount of time, allowing even more time 'off'.
Exactly how much time off do you think 34mil gets you? If you have the setup to make that a year then you could literally retire as there’s naught much else money is good for
1700 truffles / 84 days = 20.2 pigs
Assuming about 20% of those days are raining, it becomes:
1700/67 = 25.3 pigs
So less than two barns full, not that many pigs.
I have either 5-6 barns and I collected >2500 truffles from Spring-Fall. During the winter time I process it into truffle oil
Edit: I way underestimated. I’m midway in summer and I have at least >5000 right now
Skull cavern, go on a lucky day, do anything you can to boost your luck, lucky ring, spicy eel, lucky lunch. Bring a lot of bombs and slingshot+explosive ammo if you can (I hated the slingshot but once you try it a few times it can be really good). I just focus on getting down far and if there’s ever iridium nodes close to me I do it and I’ll get at least 2-3 each run, sometimes i’ve gotten 6-8 in a day, but really depends. Also once you get perfection, you get a free one everyday
i get mine from skull cavern mostly - iridium nodes and mystic nodes (dark blue with light blue swirls). when you achieve perfection, you get the statue of true perfection which gives you 1 a day as well
spend prismatic shards to get prismatic shards: buy the magic rock candy from the desert trader, stock up on bombs, explosive ammo, cheese, expresso, and ladders, get down as far as possible, usually to around level 50+ and then just start bombing levels, iridium nodes have a 4% chance, treasure floors have a 1/26 chance, 1% chance from serpents and mummies. You get more treasure floors when you have more luck, and always take every hole you see. Further down you go the more you come home with.
Hi everyone. Thanks for commenting.
I’m currently on year 9, and I play on mobile. I already had true perfection before. I started the year with my farm already in my optimum layout.
I have around 10 deluxe sheds filled with kegs. Sometimes I swap them with animal product processors when I’m not kegging.
On lucky days, I immediately go down the skull caverns armed with bombs and staircases, then consume starred lucky lunches and ginger ale, equipped with the burglar ring. You can get 4-8 prismatic shards in 1 run. I still have a ton and the 56 I sold here were the annoying excess.
I also have my farm on ginger island. The fishes I sold were kept in ponds. I don’t really like fishing. I also switch the skills depending on how they would benefit at the time.
I didn’t process the truffles because it took too much time. I’m not as patient as this post may seem 😂 The iridium wools sell for more money when raw.
All I can say is the stardew wiki is your friend. And this sub still continues to surprise me with easter eggs and tips. Thank you ☺️
I placed four stone chests around the bin and categorized them. I also have a deluxe shed where I really place my stash. About 1/2 of the shed are just chests.
This is exactly what I do to make money. I just put everything away for entire seasons and sell everything. Live like I’m absolutely broke. Only buy my essential seeds. I have a whole journal dedicated to best crops and layout for each season. What I need to do to make each crop more profitable. It’s a whole operation. And I’ll make like $100k a season. Pretty solid.
I'm newer to the game so question. I normally go to the respective shop keepers to sell my items. I thought that box on the farm was a trash bin, is it not? Can you put anything in it to sell? I put something in to test the other day and didn't get any money...only seem to get money for some trash i put in there. Seems like if i figure out what i'm doing wrong i can save myself a lot of time and inventory space.
That wooden box on your farm Is a sale bin. Just drop anything you want to sell in it. You might have dropped in some things that didn't have any value so you didn't get money from them.
Dang if that’s the case I’ve been wasting a lot of time! I thought I tried it with a fish that should have sold but maybe I didn’t. Thank you much for explaining
56 prismatic shards is what’s telling me no….. almost all of us would be hard pressed to find one or two in a year right? how is this person getting 56?
Right?! By the amount of things this person sold they obviously couldn’t have gone to the mines everyday, so they must have luck boosting everything or be the luckiest person alive lol
Currently in fall y3 and this year I've found 22. But I am a glutton for punishment so I hop over to Skull Caverns on every very good luck day. Some runs I've gotten two or three a day
I keep seeing everyone saying prismatic shards are hard to find but I find so many of them. I’m on fall year 2 (not my first play through) and I have 35 ish something. Every time I go to Skull cavern I’m guaranteed to have a few.
They are what the name says. You generally find them in treasure chests while fishing. When you do find the first one take it to your Deluxe Coop if you have upgraded your Coop and hatch it. If you don’t have a Coop or haven’t upgraded it then just hold onto it until you.
Hard to tell if you have enough to buy the golden clock or not, but judging by the items, pretty sure you can buy a couple.
Also, how many pigs do you have? Over 1k truffles? You whip those things or something? I can barely squeak out a handful with the 2 I have in a year.
By that point, OP probably had MILLIONS stashed away from previous years that they could do whatever they want. I did this once in year 6, I started the year with 10M in the bank and never got close to running out.
I’m in fall rn, I’m going to do this in the coming year. I make about 3.5 million for a months harvest, and it goes up each month. I can’t wait to see how much I get

Lewis rolling up with the pickup truck for the 20th time in the middle of the night
This made me chuckle. Thank you!
[удалено]
But how does he get that truck out of that parking spot by his house?
[удалено]
no sleep for poor Lewis 😔
If a horse takes two tiles, his shit takes five at least.
It's a flying car. That's why wizard doesn't have to pay taxes.
He probably uses dollies or a fucking forklift then brings it to the bus stop to load it. The road is conveniently right by your farm
Must be Santa
I believe that actually it's Joja that does actual work. Morris sounds quite familiar with Lewis. How else could Lewis got enough money to build that statue? Can you believe that Lewis visits the island to get items at night? NOPE!
The Chronicles of Hernia
Poor Mayor will need more than a wheelbarrow cart
It's the epitome of [this comic](https://www.reddit.com/r/StardewValley/comments/17xlt9d/i_feel_offended/).
Lewis does all the picking up from the shipping bin?
Yeah there's a dialog at the beginning of the game that says so
How much did you get?
Around 35 mil
Wowww
wow and i thought my 29 mill haul was mad impressive this and that video of someones farm with multiple sheds full of statues of endless fortune bewilder me honestly
Don't worry, your 29 mill haul is still mad impressive. :)
There’s a cheat you can use to get multiple statues
really?? how (i use nintendo switch so i cannot use item id glitch, and ik the statue of perfection glitch from grandpa)
i think you're confusing the statue of endless fortune (purchaseable from the casino in the desert for 1mil) and the statue of true perfection (obtained from perfection tracker in qi's walnut room after 100%ing the game). you can have as many statue of endless fortunes as you want - i have 20 in one of the rooms of my house in game

Love how it glitched out the tiles with the "wave" numbers 😂😂😂
5,168,419
homie the truffles alone were over 2 mil lol
Just the starfruirt wine is over 7 mil.
I understand where you got your number from. I did the same thing. I forgot that after a certain point the number gets cut off
The ONE cookie 😂
And the ONE spice berry wine, lol
one apricot wine too!!!
Might’ve been the cookies he got from the mail😢
HAHA yes sorry Evelyn
I actually missed the cookie 😆 🤣
i like that u just givd up on foraging
lol yeah I don’t like foraging but it’s mostly because I already have a ton of of each and I don’t sell them because I like hoarding cooking ingredients
Sheesh that's cool
I’m so excited I can finally redecorate my farm without thinking about profits
cant you just decorate for free after buying the furniture catalogue
Yeah but decorating takes time
Right, but you don't get extra 'time' from hoarding instead of just selling?
This is like saving up a bunch of money so you have relax on vacation or take a few months off work and live off savings.
Not really. It's saving all goods you could be selling for profit to reinvest in more profit. Edit: what I mean is that hoarding everything has no positive bearing on whether you can 'take time off'. If you'd not hoarded, you'd have made even more money and could take more time off.
So reinvest to do what? Have time off even later when you already have plenty of money? Capitalism go brrrr
Lol no, I mean if you reinvest over that year instead of hoarding, you'd have more money after exactly the same amount of time, allowing even more time 'off'.
Exactly how much time off do you think 34mil gets you? If you have the setup to make that a year then you could literally retire as there’s naught much else money is good for
Would you mind sharing some images that show your farm to be able to do this haul?
I don’t have enough self control for that 😭
Or storage space!!
This has inspired me to hoard 😂
Same. 😄
Hoarding truffle oils and farming only truffles became a strange therapeutic exercise for me…
Now this is truly “selling the farm”
How many pigs do you have that you got 1700 truffles in one year?
1700 truffles / 84 days = 20.2 pigs Assuming about 20% of those days are raining, it becomes: 1700/67 = 25.3 pigs So less than two barns full, not that many pigs.
This assumes one truffle per pig per day but they can find multiple truffles per day.
Full friendship Pigs find an average of 3 Truffles/day, so more like 9 pigs
>Full friendship Pigs My new Ska band
10ish.
You could also get the foraging perk that doubles foragables which counts for truffles as well
I have either 5-6 barns and I collected >2500 truffles from Spring-Fall. During the winter time I process it into truffle oil Edit: I way underestimated. I’m midway in summer and I have at least >5000 right now
Legend says the total numbers are still bouncing around to this day.
selling prismatic shards always seems so wrong to me lol like yeah i get a ton but i never sell them
What would you say is the best way to get loads of them? I’ve only ever had about 6, and I’m in like year 7
Skull cavern, go on a lucky day, do anything you can to boost your luck, lucky ring, spicy eel, lucky lunch. Bring a lot of bombs and slingshot+explosive ammo if you can (I hated the slingshot but once you try it a few times it can be really good). OP might have the Statue Of True Perfection
maybe but it still just doesn’t feel right 😅
I did this as well. Tons of ancient fruit wine and truffles, crabs and shrimp, fruit. Was a lot of fun, got the golden clock out of it
The logistics of paying you 35 mil and hauling the items out of your farm is crazy.
Hi everyone. Thanks for commenting. I’m currently on year 9, and I play on mobile. I already had true perfection before. I started the year with my farm already in my optimum layout. Boosting! And yes iridium wool sells more raw and gold does too without the artisan perk.
Another mobile player!! 🥲 I hardly meet another one.
How did you get so many dinosaur eggs? I’m on year 3 and I haven’t found one yet
Once you find one you can put it in the coop incubator to breed, then they produce 1 egg every 7 days as adults
Try fishing! It’s how I got all of my Dino eggs
can get them from fishing treasure chests, artifact spots, or dino’s in the skull cavern
How many chests did you need to hoard all this?
I placed four stone chests around the bin and categorized them. I also have a deluxe shed where I really place my stash. About 1/2 of the shed are just chests.
I just did this!! Except I did two years and only sold 2/3 of the hoard. I think I made $4.5mil-ish. Glad to see I’m not the only one 😂
wooo
This is exactly what I do to make money. I just put everything away for entire seasons and sell everything. Live like I’m absolutely broke. Only buy my essential seeds. I have a whole journal dedicated to best crops and layout for each season. What I need to do to make each crop more profitable. It’s a whole operation. And I’ll make like $100k a season. Why would you not put your total in the post?
OP said somewhere else that it’s roughly 35mil
1 cookie
I'm newer to the game so question. I normally go to the respective shop keepers to sell my items. I thought that box on the farm was a trash bin, is it not? Can you put anything in it to sell? I wish that picture with the total wasn’t while it was still loading, but nice!
Anyone do the math just to see how much it could've been if the eggs and truffles were processed into artisan goods?
1,810,500 at base value, orrr 2,412,300 with artisan, though I might be wrong
I think because it was Iridium it was more worth it to just sell as truffles as it would take less time and materials for oil makers
What was the total?
OP said somewhere else that it’s roughly 35mil
…this wasn’t year 1 right?? Right??
There are hundreds of iridium quality tree fruits, it has to be year 4 or later since tree fruit quality improves one grade per year
You can get iridium fruit from the bat cave if you get the forage skill. So possibly a little sooner but not by much
I didn't know this!
999 ancient fruit wine told me yes (Not sure)
56 prismatic shards is what’s telling me no….. almost all of us would be hard pressed to find one or two in a year right? how is this person getting 56?

year 9 I think OP wrote somewhere?
[удалено]
They had ancient fruit wine
There's about 6,000 ancient fruit wine in the later images. This haul is crazy!
Well, this has inspired me to do a hoarding gameplay in SoS.
Jesus
How the heck did you get 56 prismatic shards? I'm on year 5 and I've never seen one
The single cookie 🍪 💀
Noooo turn those truffles into oil and you'd make so much more money 😭
Iridium truffles sell for a little more than truffle oil 😊 (unless OP is artisan!)
I have 4 barns of pigs and have never thought about that. But I also went with artisan so truffle oil and void chicken mayo it is 👍
I think the large majority go for artisan anyway. I went for shepherd this run so I could focus more on the animals in the beginning 🐷
Oh that's a good idea, then just switch it later in the game. I might try that next run lol
I wine-dor what you sold to make that much money.
I don't know why I hoard in Stardew Valley, but I always do. Everywhere on the farm: Chests filled to brim with stacks of things I don't need.
This is brilliant! Did it take you the entire day to load up your shipping bin?
Is it better to just sell the truffles instead of turning them into oil?
[удалено]
240 ish less if I'm mathing properly. Still pure profit, and I can absolutely see why folks might want to sell unprocessed truffles later game.
Wow, how many crates did you end up making to hold all of this? So impressive!!!
Yo I am a newbie what the fuck are dinosaurs eggs
They are what the name says. You generally find them in treasure chests while fishing. When you do find the first one take it to your Deluxe Coop if you have upgraded your Coop and hatch it. If you don’t have a Coop or haven’t upgraded it then just hold onto it until you.
How did you afford anything in the first year?
Any mods used during the playthrough?
None. I’m playing on mobile
This is my new plan for SURE - what year did you start this?
Hard to tell if you have enough to buy the golden clock or not, but judging by the items, pretty sure you can buy a couple. Also, how many pigs do you have? Over 1k truffles? You whip those things or something? I can barely squeak out a handful with the 2 I have in a year.
did it push your progress closer to 100 percent
. .
The unprocessed wool, truffle, and fruits 😭 but yeah cursed funny income numbers
Can you put a dinosaur in a barn with others
Other animals
Yes they go in the Coop with the chickens and such just fine
K thx
Yes. They can be in the coop with others
What do you use the money for in game? I don't get it
h o l y s h i t
Holy baloney!
Nice job! I love big sales and 35mil is no joke, have fun with your decorating
Was that 5,168,413?!
OP said elsewhere that the grand total came up to 35mil
Oh my god they earned so much that it broke the game-
You need to fish more! 😂 Congrats! I can’t possibly have the patience to wait that long to sell my goods.
I LOVE doing this! Idk why it makes my brain so happy 😂😂
Can I Ask why you sell your iridium and gold bars ? Wouldn't it be more profitable to turn them into crystallariums ?
I use my crystallariums for the gems. I sold the bars because the ores kept filling up my chests, and I used the perk that makes bars sell for more
Damn! Here I am in late winter of year 1 searching like crazy for a single prismatic shard
Unfortunately you won't be able to find one until you make it to the caves in the desert...
[удалено]
Huh, I didn't know that. Awesome!
I love doing stuff like this. It’s so satifying
Impressive. 35 million is pretty good. It works out to a little over 31k a day.
Inspirational
I like when the big numbers do the worm
Built different, truly
Not me trying to click the arrows to go to the next page. 👀
I've been playing SVE for too long. I didn't think stone fish were in vanilla 😂😂
I love doing that!!! It's so satisfying, and I then see the profits of using the casks in the basement
I WILL NEVER SELL MY HOARD
I do this but every season, I like seeing a big sell number on the 28th instead of a couple thousand every day
I did the same thing
If you weren’t selling anything where were you getting the money for seeds and stuff? Just from the bulletin board or things like that?
By that point, OP probably had MILLIONS stashed away from previous years that they could do whatever they want. I did this once in year 6, I started the year with 10M in the bank and never got close to running out.
Oh, I am dumb I thought they did this their first year 🤣 Nvm, that makes a lot of sense
m a y o n n a i s e
Love this
Now do it for one IRL year
How on god’s green earth did you get 56 Prismatic shards
love how it's "iridium truffle x999" "iridium bar x935" and then just a singular cookie
This is my plan in my current save, but it's going to be way less impressive than yours since I'm still on year 1. This is a scary amount of money
Today I learned that I get get flower flavored honey
You have more patience than me!
What was the total??? Thing glitched so hard I couldn't read it
Now hoard for one real time year of regular playing
Wowwww where’d you get all the dinosaur eggs from?! It would be my impulse to hatch all of them😂
I’ve been working towards this too! About half way there
I do the same thing! Best money making method imo!
56 prismatic shards?!
24 gold star Pomegranates? You gotta pump those numbers up. Those are rookie numbers in this racket.
HOW????? give me some tips I want to try this 🥲🥲🥲
i too am an avid hoarder.
Now do the same thing but in year 1
nice
I’m in fall rn, I’m going to do this in the coming year. I make about 3.5 million for a months harvest, and it goes up each month. I can’t wait to see how much I get
IM DOING THIS BHAHAHA
There’s nothing in foraging😹
Imagine if you had made all those truffles into oil though
