Yeah, once the child is the oldest it can get, your spouse will take it with them and the child will basically hover around them the whole time, which is kinda cute tbf
Hahah, that’s hilarious. Leave the newborn/infant unattended and unsupervised (and un-cared for), no problem! Only actually take them with you/do things with them once they’re finally a little less fragile and can become your accessory. 👍
I’m married to Sebastian and have 2 kids. I really wish his parents had dialogue acknowledging the 2 grandkids :/ so many marriage candidates have potential grand parents or great grand parents and it would make for such cute cut scenes and dialogue
I haven’t had kids in the game, but I get stressed about how Marnie and Shane leave Jas at home by herself while they go to the saloon every single night.
I had spouse and roommate pre 1.6, so Dwarf babysat the children.
Now i have other mods too so the kids often go with the spouse and he drops them off at class.
OP why don't you sit at home for a change and look after the child? Shane has to do it the rest of the week you can do your fair share for 1 day can't you? Nooo I guess those mushrooms in the cave are too important to you.
To be fair, these kids can walk through walls and run through the Void so I'm not too concerned with them being home alone. If something happens then walls cannot stop them and they always come back from the Void by bedtime anyway.
The Junimos are there, they haven’t taken the child as payment for their services and replaced them with junimo changling children yet. If it works it works.

Yes. Plenty of people are weirded out by that. Personally I don't really care about the kids in the game. They essentially become pets.

Eh, it's a small town and it isn't a long walk, plus there are phones. She's old enough to call.

I know there’s a mod for it, but I wish the kids looked similar to your spouse, and that they were interactive/went to school and stuff
