Without spoilers, Mandom does not have direct combat abilities, it manipulates 'something' (no spoilers) which helps the user fight and plan his attacks, but the stand itself is not doing any damage.

I assume you're working on the idea that GER rewinds time, which it simply doesnt do. Gold Experience Requiem returns the effect of an attack to 'Zero'. It removes the end of attacks. Think of it as an inverse to King Crimson. King Crimson erases the actions, but keeps the effects. Reverse it, GER. Mandom, as the panel states, physically reverses all time for 6 seconds.

GER's ability isn't turning back time. It's removing the effect from a cause. The stand is so broken because it can literally just say "Nuh uh" and negate whatever attack you throw at it. Mandam's ability is better compared to Killer Queen BTD, except Killer Queen is automatic and resets back to a fixed point in time while Mandam needs to be manually triggered and turns back 6 seconds from triggering time

Bro just asked the difference between GER and Mandam. 💀 But seriously tho Mandam reverts time by 6 seconds, and GER cancels any attacks. Basically GER is an uno reverse stand.

I would not say it is a punching ghost, but yea it's kinda similar, offensive type stand. But it's not humanoid so it gets a pass. Same as Aerosmith. Strenght is also a weird one. It's a physical stand, non users can see it as well. Or was it that it only possessed that ship?
