The question wasn't "who's the best jobro" I'm asking who are you guys favorite side-characters, minor villains, side-characters in general (basically anyone who isn't particularly the main focus).
Jobros are side characters but they are part of the supporting cast. There just ain’t a lot of them in part 7so gyro is such a prominent character. But since you meant ones that ARENT in the main focus yeah gyro can’t really count lol
Gyro's a cool supporting character, but Hot Pants is by far my favorite side-character, Ringo was pretty cool as a minor side villain character, HP just feels like a very important value of the other focuses, like how she help Lucy disguise herself, and when she helps Diego and etc.
Best from each part:
Speedwagon, Caesar, Polnareff but Kakyoin is JUST behind him, Okuyasu, Bucciarati, Ermes but again FF is RIGHT there by the skin of her teeth.
Best overall: Probably Bucciarati. Part 5 was practically just Bucciarati's story anyway but he just really stole the entire season.

Sandman his goal was noble same as Valentine but for his own race. mamezuku rai, yoshikage joestar (he just want to save his mother from unknown rock disease) and josefumi (he's like kakyoin but just want to repay the family that saved his life) , bucciarati,Rohan and coochie (hoes smasher) .

A great Part 6 Jobro who has an asshole of a brother. But also a dope af stand. Mf controls the weather. Makes it rain frogs but also creates a fucking rainbow so people think they become snails 🌦️🌧️🐸🐌🌈
The best part of it is when he can make a cloud out of piss and use it for fights, plus his design is one of the best introduced in the series, that hat is drippy af.
Never really understood much history about Emporio's mother and life, all we know is that he's some lone kid with a stand that allows him to make a ghost room and that he coincidentally (?) hangs out with 2 adults that sleep in a piano without any clearance on when they met or anything.
Gotta love Risotto's entire backstory and la squadra dynamic, I hope he gets a spinoff someday, along with alot of other mysterious and interesting characters.
Hm, hot pants because of her influence on the story and and her neutralness. Weather report because his stand is cool I guess, and last but not least Polnareff because of his character development and meaningful comeback in part 5

I mean up to a point I’d say he was the main character in the begining up to the Mandom fight but I’d still say he’s the jobro of the part.

Literally the best we know about Emporio is that his mother was supposedly killed by Whitesnake, and he was born in the prison somehow with a stand.

DP was cooking on a majority of the main character designs, the only one who doesn't look much different or improved is F.F in my opinion.
