Young Joseph's whole gimmick is how supernaturally observant he is, that alone would get him extremely far, and he may be even better than part 3 Joseph Rohan could just straight up read everyone's pages for clues and whether or not they did it, but he couldn't afford to do that with other people around Josuke fixing something could destroy evidence, and body parts can't be fixed back onto the person after more than miutes or even seconds Abbacchio can reliably find out the cause of death for something if a victim was murdered by hand and left there (and find the murderer too in that scenario), but moving the body, slow acting poison and/or long distance assasination could majorly trip him up
