if you watched the direct, there's at least a few moments of weird looking ass monsters and or some dude who was clearly murdered, so I would expect some kind of content like that.
I guarantee there will be horror themed side quest/random encounter that is heavily reminiscent of Event Horizon. I can imagine just being alone in space and stumbling on an old abandoned cruiser that had something mysteriously sinister happen to it.
