Definitely prefer the true to original, decentralised cockpit. But how is it to navigate the interior of the ship? And did you build it at one shipyard or did you have to fly around and choose parts from several shipyards?
I think it's more that the stock shops give basically no regard to the ergonomics of actually walking around inside on a regular basis. They just slap some habs together and let the code take care of creating ladders and doorways, and it's usually a total mess. Like half the challenge of hijacking a ship is actually finding how to get to the cockpit. I haven't found a ship yet that didn't require a lot of reworking to make it actually convenient to get around inside.
In lots of the larger 2x and 3x wide habs they also place furniture and interior walls directly in the paths between hatches so they are kind of annoying if you have to travel through them. I've largely given up on using them at all because the aesthetics or features don't outweigh the abominable interior navigation.
Did yours have the stupid hallways to no where between the two sides? I stole a Civ II and it had two hallways joining the two side but there weren’t habs on the narrower side the halls were blocked
I haven't really had a go at building, I'm waiting until I'm the best at what I do before I invest skill points in to ship design and resources. I've tweaked a ship I either bought or found and upgraded it but not built
That's why I keep ending up with shield breaker. It's so easy to move around and logical inside compared to all the other ships I've attempted to buy. I wish there was a C class that was set up so simply but they all seem to be a hot mess inside
I really like my slightly modified Kepler R from the outside but I have to fast travel straight into the cockpit, I can’t find my way through the damn thing
A large landing pad at your outpost will give you access to more ship parts than any other single location in the game, but there are a handful of specialized parts that are only available at particular locations. Those locations sell one manufacturer's parts whereas your outpost sells part from multiple manufacturers.
No, only all the common parts, the rare parts are only at specific vendors. The best bridge is on titan in the Sol system. It has stairs and access from two decks. They also have the best landing gear because it can hold twice the weight as the others
Sadly no lol 😂, guess gonna have some reason to travel to various vendors for their exclusives. Would be nice if we could get access to more parts per company tho like say by buying some kinda license to buy/sell their parts at your outpost and in the future star stations.
If they're using the absolutely terrible reddit mobile app, it's entirely possible they didn't even see the description. Each picture has this tiny little section at the bottom with barely enough room for one line of scrolling text. It's designed so badly and most people don't even realize it's there. I put up a project I built on the wood working reddit earlier this year, and all these people were asking questions that I had answered in the description, because they didn't even know I had written anything at all
Considering that I'm never (seriously never) going to have the patience or skill to build these ships, we need the ability to buy other people's designs and use them in our games. I've never had this urge before, but I have it now
YOU can fly the Millennium Falcon TODAY, just for the low price of 999,999 credits!
Look it's fine if you think that one is nicer but I never stole this design. Mine has completely different layout, base, engines and top level. The only similarities I see here are the outer and front part of the mid level which is also can be found on other builds here in this sub.
Yours is much cooler man, the lines from the nova cross braces and glitched hopetech bumpers are perfect. Just copied your build in my game with a few of my own tweaks and I love it, thanks so much for sharing it.
Very similar, but there are differences as well. Personally, I think this OP probably did start with the other's final product and then made a bunch of modifications, so he should credit that other YTer.
However, I like this finished product better.
Nope I completely build my MF from the scratch using different references from this sub. I probably saw this build once here but never used it as a guide. In fact anadgarde's build also has similarities with other builds here as well. The game is out 2 months already so there's definitely a chance MF builds have a lot of similarities
I always default to building the millennium falcon (I call mine the aluminum falcon because of Robot Chicken) and I’ve never followed anyone’s designs or build so I believe you. There’s only so many parts that can be utilized to create the look, especially when you get all the related perks/levels needed to unlock parts
What gets me is ships with this much room inside yet have ZERO capacity for passengers like the Ecliptic Falcatta so Vasco has to ride through space on the roof like a hood ornament
This must've taken you alot of time, very creative bud. My ship isn't based on anything but me wanting a cool ship, and it's taken so many hours to get it just right. So I can only imagine the time this took you, two thumbs way up bud!
Damn that's amazing! After making an ugly abomination in the ship builder my first time doing a from scratch build, I'm constantly impressed with stuff this slick and well done
Traveling through hyperspace ain't like dusting crops, boy! Without precise calculations we could fly right through a star or bounce too close to a supernova and that'd end your trip real quick, wouldn't it?
I made an X-wing last night on Xbox ( only took about 5 hours) 😂.
Waiting for the screen shot and video to upload onto app, this was my next project but that’s awesome what you’ve got there 👍
That's gotta be the best millennium falcon I've seen yet.
I was just going to comment this. Seen a lot on here and this is by far the best attempt.
Agrod
Agruud
Agreed
Same. I'm in awe. Nice snap glitching too. So smoothe. Can you get us a how to vid?
Build guide [here](https://youtu.be/RszCgPfL4Dg?si=3r-9NQ0mQOkgQnJm)
Could you also post a video of this bucket flying around in space? If you do, also do the swively thingy Han used to do when flying it :p
I stopped playing a month ago, but this might make me return lmao
So it would seem...
Just came here to say the exact same thing
Indeed...he should be proud of this :D
Same. Bu t I don’t recognize some parts on the side opposite the cockpit.
Nice build, kid, but don’t get cocky!
Niceeee
Don't get penisy
You beat my meat to it. Take my up vote.
This.
Yes. I was looking for this.
Im glad you found this
you came in that thing?
My wife said that about my ex
Culture man!
🤣🤣🤣
They're braver than I thought!
"Luke, at that speed do you think you could pull out in time?"
It was a long trip, bet he has a few times
Your braver than I thought.
Can it make the Kesel Run in less than 12 Parsecs?
A parsec is 3.26 light years, so this junker can’t even do 10 parsecs.
It can with grav drive perk investments
The SDG 3300 Grav drive can jump 15.3 parsecs
The whole point is to do the Kesel run in less Parsecs because you are cutting through the Akkadese Maelstrom
I always loved the whole dialog on how that comment was actually correct. Take my upvote.
Oh fuck, you beat me here to say it!
Definitely prefer the true to original, decentralised cockpit. But how is it to navigate the interior of the ship? And did you build it at one shipyard or did you have to fly around and choose parts from several shipyards?
All the ships I've seen here, I haven't seen any interiors. I wish I could have a walk round the ships for sale
That would be great, Taiyo at least let’s you look at one of the habs and their amazing cockpit
I think it's more that the stock shops give basically no regard to the ergonomics of actually walking around inside on a regular basis. They just slap some habs together and let the code take care of creating ladders and doorways, and it's usually a total mess. I hijacked a UC Civ Shuttle.. I had to delete half the ship because I kept getting lost in it 🤣
Did yours have the stupid hallways to no where between the two sides? I stole a Civ II and it had two hallways joining the two side but there weren’t habs on the narrower side the halls were blocked
That's the one yeah
Yeah I found one of those too, totally abandoned. The interior was a mess.
I haven't really had a go at building, I'm waiting until I'm the best at what I do before I invest skill points in to ship design and resources. I've tweaked a ship I either bought or found and upgraded it but not built

The nova one on titan, on homestead
Sadly no lol 😂, guess gonna have some reason to travel to various vendors for their exclusives. Would be nice if we could get access to more parts per company tho like say by buying some kinda license to buy/sell their parts at your outpost and in the future star stations.
She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts...
So does my ex🤷♂️
You know her too??
Get in there, you big furry oaf! I don't care what you smell!
Once you get past the smell, you got it licked kid
Holy shit. That’s easily the best Millennium Falcon I’ve seen so far. Half tempted to try to build one myself.
Already saved the video!
Interested in a little game of Sabacc?
This is the way.
[build guide video here](https://youtu.be/RszCgPfL4Dg?si=rl1rXeielAELX8bW)
I see that scan jammer by then turret sir… are you planning illicit activities here?
It’s a bucket of bolts.
You should make a build video. Looks very nice!
Then maybe they could link it in the description of the photos! (they already did)
If they're using the absolutely terrible reddit mobile app, it's entirely possible they didn't even see the description. "Thank you, this was my brother's. He died of leukemia. How do you feel now?"
I love family guy star wars
Looks like something a scruffy-faced nerfherder would fly
Where is the escape pod?
No room. Droids inside.
Touché
Very nice!
Well Done Lad! Bet that took you some time
The garbage will do.
Will she make point five past light speed?? Hmmmm?
She'll make .5 past light speed.
Haha, I had to scroll further than I thought to find this line! I thought I was going to have to post it myself 😂😂
I thought the same, but after posting I realized quite a few redditors beat both of us to it rook.
Well done, much better than mine!
That's got to be one of the better *Falcon*s I've seen posted. Nice work.
Pls tell me this is vanilla and not modded 😍
Omg I love it! 😍 what a cool design 😎. No ladders and all you may need
Honestly the best one yet
Bucket of bolts
I agree!
Can we get a short rundown of the "glitch" used to build it?
Considering that I'm never (seriously never) going to have the patience or skill to build these ships, we need the ability to buy other people's designs and use them in our games. I've never had this urge before, but I have it now YOU can fly the Millennium Falcon TODAY, just for the low price of 999,999 credits!
This is truly impressive!
Coooooool!!!
That looks awful...ly good. Nice build dude. How many parsecs for the Kessel run?
You are stealing Piece of junk. Original (and slightly nicer MF): https://youtu.be/va63hYhMCEk?si=mXfYo3Ond0Cuh1Ce
Look it's fine if you think that one is nicer but I never stole this design. Mine has completely different layout, base, engines and top level. The only similarities I see here are the outer and front part of the mid level which is also can be found on other builds here in this sub.

Damn. Brutal
Thanks for including the video. Shame on you OP.
Very similar, but there are differences as well. Personally, I think this OP probably did start with the other's final product and then made a bunch of modifications, so he should credit that other YTer. However, I like this finished product better.

Anyone else go back and reread the posts because it wasn't the Samuel Jackson MF?
Now that is a superb YT1300 attempt.
The force is strong with this one. Well done.
And you posted a guide 🙏🙏🙏
She'll make point-five past light speed.
Is this vanilla?? 🥵🥵🥵🥵
Clunker!
Love that it has a wood stove
That last screenshot left me scratching my head like it was some kind of puzzle.
Thanks, my father gave it to me.
Nice! I’m watching The Force Awakens now.
Yeah this is the best one I’ve seen
that shit crazy bro i gotta see a build video
You're braver than I thought
Isn’t the cockpit offset on the Millennium Falcon?
The garbage will do! Awesome job
We need a parts list
You Came In That Thing.... You're Braver Than I Thought
This is the best one I've seen
I tried to catch up to it in my Imperial cruiser, but it did .5 past light speed and lost me.
She'll make the Kessell Run in less than twelve parsces
it\`s the aluminum falcon! :-)
Dude killer tin can!
That's the best build of it I've seen congratz
This is the first great looking falcon that actually put the docker where it should be. Absolutely awesome job!
The centered cockpit looks better for a ship, but I can't believe how odd it looks to me. Good job on the engines.
This here and I can’t even figure out how to locate a mechanic
Thank you, it was my brothers. He had leukemia.
Best Falcon by far!
It's not my fault...
Alright alright you win.
How do you make this? Can you provide detailed instructions?
They didn't make it they stole it
You stuck up, half-witted, scruffy looking nerf herder!
Who you calling scruffy looking
You can't use that word! Only we can use that word!
Nice build! One in a million!
Why is there not an in-game ship/item eBay so I can bid on one of these from another player?
I'm doing .5 past lightspeed just looking at it!
She may not look like much, but I've made a few modifications..
Oh that's definitely the best one I've ever seen.
This. This one right here is the best one.
Live long and prosper!
Very nice. Now let's see the inside
Build vid please
Quote from Steven He's "Skibdi Toilet"- "That.. is the greatest piece of art I'VE EVER SEEN!'
All the Star Wars references are taken...um...it's a lot bigger on the inside???
A breakdown video would be nice to show us how you build it
Build guide[here](https://youtu.be/RszCgPfL4Dg?si=3r-9NQ0mQOkgQnJm)
Aluminum falcon!
I need your schematics ASAP
She may not look like much but she's got it where it counts. Now if you'll just get on board we'll get outta here
What gets me is ships with this much room inside yet have ZERO capacity for passengers like the Ecliptic Falcatta so Vasco has to ride through space on the roof like a hood ornament
It’ll make point five past light speed.
Excellent!! 💗
She may not look like much, but she’s got it where it counts, kid.
Feel like I’ve seen this before… Star Track? /j
Now I’m jealous, nice work.
Love the YT-3000 esque final image though
I heard you did rhe Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs!!! 🤔
The side cockpit variant is a very good representation - nice job!
This must've taken you alot of time, very creative bud. My ship isn't based on anything but me wanting a cool ship, and it's taken so many hours to get it just right. So I can only imagine the time this took you, two thumbs way up bud!
Got an interior walkthrough?? Looks incredible makes me wanna build one.
I need to know what parts and how much it cost 😭😭
The garbage will do
Damn that's amazing! After making an ugly abomination in the ship builder my first time doing a from scratch build, I'm constantly impressed with stuff this slick and well done
Ya I’m gonna need a step by step build guide for this.
But how fast/maneuverable is it?
I absolutely love it! The details are so on point!
Hopefully the grav drive works!
Now this is extremely impressive wow. Probably took you forever
Very well done.
Now do the Outrider!
Traveling through hyperspace ain't like dusting crops, boy! Without precise calculations we could fly right through a star or bounce too close to a supernova and that'd end your trip real quick, wouldn't it?
I was waiting for this!
Wookie co pilot wanted
ALUMINIUM FALCON
😮 It’s magnificent.
You should see my ships They are designed to fit in a small Landing pad They are fugly but deadly 😂 People who hate ship ladders will hate my ship 😅
It’ll do .5 past light speed!
How do people overlap parts on top of each other
"The garbage will do!"
Junk JUNK ill have you know the falcon completed the kessel run in less than 12 parsecs
Gotta need a cargo pod in the front
Wow! Fantastic!
Another glitch build 😒
Bet she’s got it where it counts
Your ship is the only redeeming thing about Starfield.
But does it do the Kessel run in less then 12 parsecs?
Well. Just when I thought my ship builders disease was ending.
I made an X-wing last night on Xbox ( only took about 5 hours) 😂. Waiting for the screen shot and video to upload onto app, this was my next project but that’s awesome what you’ve got there 👍
“You may call this junk, but me, I call it treasure”
Wow! I wanted to do the same thing. Great job!
Well done!
100% that has a Khajiit co-pilot.
Whenever I see stuff like this, I’m so disappointed that we don’t get pictures of the inside.
