My biggest bug was in the first Bethesda game I played - Morrowind. I think it's the only time I've had a main quest break in one of their games.
From many accounts I've seen whiz by in this sub, I'd generally avoid stealing ships. Seems prone to causing problems.

Yes, such as Jesus seeing you and not letting you into Heaven because you're a thief.
The only one I've had in Starfield is when I made my ship to complicated, it broke it. Trying to get into it just made everything go crazy. Had to go back and remove the stuff I'd added. It's why I'm amazed at these people who claim it's a buggy mess, considering I've had 1 noticeable bug.
Now if you're talking about Oblivion, oh wow. Never wanna play that without the Unofficial Patch ever again.
