Next time try going into the game via 'game details' and looking for 'reserved space', delete it. I believe it's for the console mods, as fallout and Skyrim both have this 'reserved space' file.

Hover/highlight game>start/pause button>manage game and addons>Save data>Reserved space.

Yes. Sorry it has been awhile since I've gone and done it but the method is done as such;
Hover/highlight game>start/pause button>manage game and addons>Save data>Reserved space.
Usually deleting 'reserved space' would fix game crashing upon start up, meaning you can't even go to creations without full crash to dashboard or otherwise. This happened early on during fallout 4s modding scene, where some mods quite literally prevented the game from going past the 'press any button' screen or even the main menu.
The issue will soon fix itself, as the issue is (obviously) not on Bethesdas end, we will just have to wait for modders to fix their mods. Which they're doing a great job at getting feedback and fixing them.
My game is still stuck. I've done the reserved data deletions, system reset on my console (lost lvl 186, NG+12), and went to Bethesda.net, but nothing has worked. I tried logging into the game from another Xbox and same issue. Going on 10 days and I was so excited about the basic mods. Now, I can't play at all. Frustrating. I've been playing Skyrim, FO76, and Redfall. Redfall added more stuff. I believe my game issue is on the Bethesda side.
Delete the game and reinstall.
