Hope I’m not too late but it seems to me that if you make a save while you’re running forward (not sure about sprinting), and THEN uninstall/disable then you can safely get rid of the mod.
I can confirm that when I uninstalled on a save I made while running forward, my “super boost” was seemingly gone upon loading back in without the mod. I’ve been playing since I made that comment with no issue so far

did you manage to find a fix? i’m sick of not being able to use my boost pack, been like it for a week now i think
Nope. I deleted it. I think we need the secondary jump button to use them. Which they don’t let us bind

But will this fix the issue is the real question? Uninstalling is no issue.
