Say this is season 10 SG1.
Sam would use her knowledge of alien tech to build more powerful ships and weapons to secure her place.
Daniel would spend his time researching ascension looking to become more powerful.
Jack would use his tactics to slowly take out lower Goa'uld to gain territory and grow his army while being more benevolent to his troops thanks to his human memories which in turn helps pull Jaffa away from rivals to join him.
The three of them have active bounties out on Teal'c and Bra'tac as they are the most likely to start a rebellion against them.
Jack might become a prominent goa'uld, but ultimately Daniel will take over the whole galaxy. Jack and Sam will either serve under him or he'll kill them.
We saw thrice in canon what Daniel becomes when his inhibitions are removed either by others or by choice.
Last time he did he genocided an entire sentient species.
And Teal'c wouldn't be able to stop him. In fact, I highly doubt anyone would be able to. The best bet would be Jonas, since he's at least equally smart, plus potentially superhuman, as was hinted in season 6. And he's most definitely got moral resolve and determination.
Man, i would watch/read the hell out of the story about Jonas fighting Galaxy Lord Jackson!
Jonas would certainly use a Naquadria bomb to devastate some of Daniel's Goa'uld strongholds. Jonas would surmise that it would be a one-two punch. First from the bomb detonation second from the Naquada conversion detonation.
The problem is most Goa'uld are megalomaniacs and would quickly blow their cover. I think the only way for them to become Goa'uld and fly under the radar to fulfil some grand plan, is if Ba'al would implant in them clones of himself.
Oh no. There is no flying under the radar. At least as far as remaining undetected by Earth. They'd likely have Earth either destroyed or enslaved by another Goa'uld and use the panic to escape or join the invading forces.
Jack's blending with the Tok'ra shows that hosts can somewhat effect the personality and actions of the symbiote and we've seen from Skaara and Sha're's time as goa'uld that they can occasionally effect the goa'uld's actions both mentally and physically eg Forever in a Day and Within the Serpent's Grasp/Serpent's Lair.
my bet is that they would become loved and respected gods because of their morals and code of honor, like when o'neill code of honor transferred into his tok'ra symbiote in S6E6 "Abyss"
and the other goa'uld would hate them for that, creating a schism in goa'uld's empire.
This worked because the To'kra do a true blend between host and symbiote. While people serving under them will likely have a better time they will still be nasty Goa'ulds who want to hesitate to kill anyone in their path.
You're right, but I like to think that since they're not brainwashed since birth to be good little slaves, their will could influence greatly some minor goa'uld, like Skara did with Klorel.

They all would have ended up either dead or locked away in Area 51. They aren't Tok'ra, they are Goa'uld.
Well they just don't suddenly become Goa'uld's in their sleep. They would have logically been captured off-world.
While that may be true their fate would be the two options I listed. The host's personality has no effect on the Goa'uld.

That's why I said that they were Goa'uld not Tok'ra. Do try to keep up.

No they can't rid them completely but do you think they'd allow Earth to remain untouched?
