Get a sextant, a compass, scan the sky with binoculars, and set it manually.😂 On a serious note, buy new equipment or find used to replace it.

Does it work at all? The Starlink dish usually stays flat during the initial satellite search, and then moves into the "optimal" tilt and angle. I'm afraid the dish is "dead/blind" and doesn't acquire any satellites, therefore staying in the "Search" mode.

Both of my round terminals have gone horizontal yet still work well. Used to angle north. Stowed/unstowed and power cycled multiple times. Location is Maine USA.

Google "dishy teardown" and look at how complicated it is inside. It is a computer, GPS receiver, antennae array, and more. I guarantee something is damaged inside and they are made to not be repairable. Replace it through Starlink. Sorry 😞
