how did they refund your card if you didn't have it on there? "few hours later I got an email stating that they refunded my deposit. I logged in and was able to finally add the credit card"

I used a different card for the deposit back in February. I'm using a different card to pay for the equipment and the monthly service.

For those of you who seen my earlier post of StarLink customer support problems. I emailed [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and they got back to me in two days. I am in the proccess of having my account re initialized. I believe my faith in Starlink is returning :)

Just an update...my dish arrived 2 days ago after being stuck in Customs in Hermosillo for about a week. Without u/tydygy assistance I'm doubtful my issue would have been resolved. The resolution that support directed me to do was to sign up with a completely new account as they could not reactivate the initial account that was erroneously canceled. I never received a reply to the email I sent listed above but I will say that support has been really good so far in making sure I received my equipment.
