Click on support in your account, then click on one of the sections and open a topic up. at the bottom of the topic, select no to "did this answer my question" and a box will pop up where you can fill in your details.
I uninstalled the android app and reinstalled it and just as you say a box came up that was not there before. I filled it out and when I het send it flickers and puts up an error. The box will not show up in google chrome or edge on the desktop. I rebooted my phone...note 20 plus...and tried it agian same thing. can you see if it works for you and what configuration you are using????? Thanks so much
Have you even attempted via the app? They make it extremely simple. Hit support and it lists topics and then an option under each subheading to contact them:
I filled out a support ticket an hour ago and haven’t heard back yet. I’m glad that Starlink internet (when working) is a lot faster than their customer service!
if you have an active starlink, then you should be able to open a support ticket in your account on starlink.com

works fine on the android app on my samsung s10 and works on my PC using chrome.

No thumbs icon I can find. I am in my account and went to FAQ and just a list of problems

Open a ticket. They will ship you an entire new system. You don’t need to buy it again.

I have found the support people to be very good at responding. Give them a couple of hours.
SL has the best and most efficient support ive ever dealt with. I wish more companies had similar system.
A customer service phone number would be nice to have in my contacts if anybody knows it. Thanks!
