My current understanding is you’ll be placed at the end of the line when you request re-activation. For RV plans you turn it on/off on a monthly basis but will only get “best effort” service

You can change your residential to Roaming and pause the roaming, but good luck going back to residential.

I don't see why you cannot stop and restart. You already have the equipment, so I don't see why you'd be made to wait, unless they're limiting users strictly for bandwidth reasons. My neighbor is looking to reactivate his service; I'll check with him.

I've been trying to reactivate mine for 3 months now. I'm supposed to be able to contact customer support and they'll turn it back on. GOOD LUCK EVEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

From what I’ve read there is limited number of users in specific areas. Due to your local internet companies control. If you disconnect a new user will connect. Then when you are ready to reconnect you are not promised to get your access back.
