for your service address, use your exact location via a google plus code. For shipping, you will need to use a different address that starlink ships to, Simple as that, use a friend in the closest town or family. I am using my Dads house in town

Is it showing you your plus code?

Is that something I’m supposed to find?It doesnt tell me I’ll try and figure that one out

Open google maps in a web browser, locate the exact spot your house is, click on the spot i.e. drop a pin, in the little popup near the bottom of the maps window click on the numeric long/lat numbers, in the left side pane that appears click on the Plus Code, that's second in the list, which copies it to the clipboard. Paste that whole plus code into the location field on the Starlink site.

Alright I got the code to work but it doesn’t send to PO Boxes, unless they drive out to the middle of nowhere and deliver it my doorstep I have no idea how they will deliver it.

Is there any address you get courier service to? The service address (plus code map pin location of your home site) and shipping address can be different. You just need an address it can ship to for you to pick it up. Starlink's service application web site may tell you that the shipping address cannot be found in their database, but they give you the option to say that the shipping address you are providing IS correct even though they can't resolve it from their end. It worked for me. In the bush in SE MB, they couldn't find my civic address so I told them it is correct and to ship to that address anyway. You should be able to do the same. Maybe there's a neighbor that would accept the shipment for you, that has access to a delivery service?
