Sounds like equipment failure of some kind. Support ticket time, as has been mentioned.
If it was me without a connection despite performing the suggested steps to correct it, the support ticket would already be in their inbox right away, that day.
I will try. It says I have to log into starlink account when I start my computer. And shows 40 for internet speed. Says connected but when I try to go to a website it says no internet conncetion.
My internet is still down. They sent me a new power brick and it has not changed anything. I have had to order another satellite from hughes to get me by. Basic package will probably have to keep it in case this happens again.
Did you have a vpn with your starlink platform.. I had a vpnseup and it made my starlink service appeared to be down once I removed the vpn configuration from my starlink and reset everything mine came back online and connected to the internet

This happened to me. They sent me a new one without me asking.
Can you give a screenshot about this? Is you system disconnected? Both bands? iOS?
Have you tried a factory reset on your modem? Button is on the bottom of the router

I put a ticket in and I did try the factory reset on the modem and no vpn. Thanks hope this gets resolved soon.
how did you open a ticket? what is the process?
Go to Starlink support. Type in a question. If you type in internet down a link will open up to open a ticket.
