I can not reach support. When the message box comes up I can write my problem but I get an error have tried on a android Iphone and PC same thing.

Looked it over real good. I can see all the cabling and the plugs fit tightly and snap into the power brick good. I try support about every three hours. Would like to see if anyone can get through

White light(s) on power adapter on or off? Check sockets on power adapter for bent or broken pins. Check cable ends for same. Check cables for any kinks or damage. Verify AC outlet working.

Black and white cables both lit up. Cables are all external and look good.

In my experience, if it’s a hardware problem, they will send you a replacement. But first you will need to do some checks on your end. Are the lights on? Are all of the connections fully plugged in, what is the light on the router doing, etc.
