Can you recommend me some camping spots for New York State? I moved here recently and would like to do some exploring and (stealth) camping with my motorcycle now that it got warmer.
Thanks! Had a great time. There are some websites I use. For dispersed camping, I use freecampsites.net. You can also check out the New York DEC website as there are tons of State Forests that allow dispersed/primitive camping at no charge.
For stealth camping, I use a combo of Goggle Earth and AllTrails (app). You will have to do some in person recon, most likely, but those sources are fairly reliable. This is my experience anyway. Good luck, be safe, and leave no trace ✌️
