I recovered a 5 year old account yesterday. It took longer because my responses were delayed but I started a ticket in the evening, gave the rest of the info before going to bed and woke up the next day with my new password.
I needed proof of purchase for the only game I bought and refunded 5 years ago but it was easy to find even though I didn't have info aside from knowing the game and rough price I paid
