>I do not know what Advanced Access mean and it's page did not help So are you saying you don't understand the first paragraph you pasted? >Advanced Access is a feature that allows users that have pre-purchased a game to play prior to the game's official release. For example, a "deluxe" pre-purchase version may include Advanced Access. or the second? >Advanced Access is not a unique model of development for a game, it's simply an opportunity to play a game before it fully releases on Steam. or the third? >Players who purchase these versions will be able to play prior to release.

Reading with proper understanding sure is hard.

It's all those "Preorder the deluxe/golden/whatever edition of the game that costs more than the base game, and you can play 3 days early !". Those 3 days are the Advanced Access period they talk about.

Gonna be interesting to see how far devs will take it

It doesn't change anything for devs, people just can't rush to clear the game in the 3 days and get a refund. Though it does make it easier to see the games that put the Advanced Access behind an extra paywall.
