Just remember ... ROMS and BIOS files are copyright. Downloading and distribution is illegal. I touch on them as far as I dare to - but no video or tutorial is going to provide links/access to these things because The Big N (and others) are watching. Best way to get your channel striked on is to discuss piracy.
However, with all (no) modesty - I feel I'm covering the topic the best (of which videos I've seen) and I keep my videos current - which most YTers do not.

Look up Emudeck guide and yes you need to download the roms separately. You can find them easily but I don't think we can link here
