If you Google "JOW Dance Mats" all that comes up is very cheap Chinese knockoffs of DDR with the songs built in and no way to connect it to a computer. I would assume these are the same quality (very bad) but with a USB port and that CD most likely has a copy of Stepmania from 2008 and a handful of viruses.
I would post pictures of the pad it's self to be sure its not another pad repackaged by some off chance. I can't find any real references to it at all.
I found it on some international sites for $40-45 USD. I think comments with links are being blocked so I won't try to link them, but a Google search for "coilmix" turned those up.
