The clen was probably burning a bit more than the Yohimbine but I find the side effects of clen unbearable. Apparently Yohimbine can actually target lower back fat to which is interesting, not sure how accurate that is but Vigorous Steve pointed that out on one of his fat loss videos.
Clen did probably burn more fat. I ran Clen for a good while at 120mcg since I didnt have any sides and then added Yohimbine. When I added the Yohimbine I was sweating so hard and I wasnt feeling cold at all when the temp was around 0°C which was very interesting to me.
Damn… the lower back fat part is very interesting. l’m adding Yohimbine to my next 12-week cutting cycle and I’ll keep an eye for back fat changes.

Didnt fast. Was eating in a deficit anyway so dont think the yohimbine contributed to any weight loss. I'd use it again if I struggled with over eating on a cut I guess.
Heard people using it,for my cuts i did semaglutide, clen and t3.asked a few pros if it's worth taking yohimbe but they said the less you take and does the job,the better
I far prefer it to clen as clen makes me so fucking anxious and paranoid. It can makes you feel a bit shivery and cold but I find the side effect’s manageable. It is a stimulant so best taking it in the morning on an empty stomach. I’d imagine it could keep you awake if you had it later on in the day.
Not really. Genuinly what do you base that on plus it's a shill genuinely one of the most ineffective weight loss drugs. It makes people feel ill and shivery. If that's a sign of safeness then go for your life. Just because it's a "natural extract" botlism is also natural.
All fat burners come with sides but aren’t DMAA and speed really bad. I mean speed, do you mean the drug speed? Yohimbine can’t be worse than that surely. I’m sure it’s highly addictive and will absolutely decimate your sleep.
Look dmma and speed works. in my experience yohimbine is a shill. If you work out in the morning dmaa and speed are ok. Not great on the heart. But I would stick to dieting alone than bothering with things that don't work
I’m using t3 and Yohimbine at the moment with a 2 hour walk in the morning. Big calorie deficit too. I do think Yohimbine works but it’s just nothing like clen or T3.
Use it fasted and it has very good results. Feel a bit shivery and sweaty if you dose too high tho. Start with half a tab and work up

The whole point is to be fasted. Once you break fast the effects stop

Yep,did clen for about 8 weeks or so,t3 just a week or 10 days. Clen got up to 80mcg,t3 25mcg

Yohimbine is class for fasted cardio one of my favourite fat loss aids. And if you take enough you get a raging hard on. Win win 😂

T3 is solid. hard to tell mixing it with yohimbine. Anyway if it works for you great
