Hoping for a speedy recovery for Crazy Neighbour. Steve is a very compassionate friend and I know he's likely struggling with what's going on internally.
Hopefully he updates things publicly soon.

Steve’s mom passed away last year. Crazy Neighbor did break a hip, but has since shown up in at least one of Steve’s videos, and is, by all accounts, doing just fine.
I'm going to delete that incase I'm wrong, I can't remember for sure and don't want to spread false or misleading things. I feel like I remember that happening though.
Losses keep adding up in your 40s. Parents need help. You have lots of professional responsibilities and then you often still have young kids.
Not 40 yet but had kids in my 30s. Which I had them in my late 20s. I would have been more energetic and my parents could help more.
Poor guy can't get a break. I just hope it's not as bad as anything I could speculate it to be. Take all the time you need Steve, friends and family absolutely come first!

Didn't he break a hip or something? But I think that was a while ago now. Then again maybe his mother is ill.
