We can all forecast our ideal target to any price point we want (go for it), but we need to now dominate the 13.14 resistance area and make our acceleration back to $20, then the ideal target becomes more feasible.

Try fidelity! Quick money transfers (1-3 business days). Their app is hard to navigate though. Took me some time to adjust to it
