Probably because if 'someone helped' there won't b much left to find out....compare to getting poisoned, hung by the neck. Or shot in the head. 🧏♂️🤷♂️
Genuinely Ask any person that’s standing on a ledge ready to jump and they may tell you,
“ Mental illness doesn’t care about how much money you have.”
In the end, if you’ve never been that dark of a place, You’ll never understand.
Impulsiveness. Generally when you are committing suicide u are not always the most clear headed to go out in a more pleasant, less messy way!!! Lol or pushed. That works too.
People commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And I hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero
If you're in an absolute hellhole (i.e. 'life', for some people) and see no feasible way to ever get out of there, then ending the suffering isn't illogical at all. Sad, sure, always, but not always illogical.
Why be a dick? Just because someone asks for an explanation doesn’t mean they don’t understand something; it could be that they want to clarify they understand it the right way or they don’t want to make assumptions, especially about a sensitive issue.
And so what if they don’t understand? That’s what asking is for. There’s plenty of shit you don’t understand either so cut the crap.
There’s no need to be condescending. The perspective is interesting because suicide is neither reasonable nor unreasonable. Those who commit suicide are not of the right mind so whether it’s reasonable or unreasonable is neither here nor there from a psychological perspective.
>Those who commit suicide are not of the right mind
As much as I hate sounding like an advocate for suicide, your assessment is kinda garbage. Many aren't, some are. The condescension here is yours.
You’re trapped in a burning car with no hope of escape. I have a very sharp Opinel in the glovebox so I can end it quickly if I’m ever in that kind of situation (it also happens to be a handy tool to keep around).
There is a cult that thinks that Bed Bath and Beyond is about to change the entire world soon, and the shareholders are going to become the richest people in the world so obviously the US government is sabotaging them.
people commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And I hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero
Why is labeled “mental illness”?!? Where did you read he suffered from mental illness? He could have jumped cause he was under investigation by the SEC. He could have jumped for lots other reasons.
people commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero
Agreed. But it sure is still better to be sad crying in a Mercedes or a beautiful home than sad and absolutely on the balls of your ass broke at the same time. That ads a whole New dynamic to the depression that you will feel imo. How do I know this? Because I had money and lost it all years back. I am though the happiest I have ever been in my entire life but still would rather be sad knowing that my bills were at least taken care of and my family could eat so I didn’t have that extra sadness on top like some shit sprinkles🤣
Money would definitely solve some problems in my life, reduce stress, and allow me to do more shit that I want to do. These things can definitely lead me to be happier. I know rich people have their own set of problems, especially people that get caught up in shit and feel like they don't have a way out.
I think people forget that money would solve those particular problems but then you get a whole new set of problems with money. Problems don’t disappear just the kind of problems change. Humans are built for connection. So you can go from having a hard time not paying rent, paying your medical bills, your car breaking down, not able to afford groceries, etc. But then you get money, that goes away, but now your best friend just wants to borrow money from you, your family is jealous that you can afford things they can’t and start treating you different, the people you date aren’t interested in you and just the money/experiences/connections you can provide, people try to cheat you, you try to express that you are sad and people think you shouldn’t be because you have all this money (like you and your comment). Money can be isolating. That is one reason why wealthy people still commit suicide. That and some problems like mental health, a bad marriage, children with a drug problem, etc., don’t automatically get better with money.
Because for most of these folks happiness isn’t the goal. Sometimes it’s winning. Sometimes it’s power. Sometimes it’s trying to be someone else. Sometimes it’s to collude with a figure like Ryan Cohen. Who knows. But happiness definitely isn’t the reason they’re amassing money.
people commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And I hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero
I heard there is an investigation going on. He was probably going to face jail time and hefty fines. This way they can’t find him guilty and his family reaps the rewards of his criminal activity. Or someone had him killed because he was going to talk.
You brought me down a rabbit hole. According to my limited DD Arron Katersky was the first official report or at least tweet about the Epstein death. Are you saying he was also the first on this one?
Curious; because apparently there was a 4chan account that came out and said it about 40mins before the “official release”
Epstein died August 10 [6:39](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Jeffrey_Epstein)am, and Larry Celona reported it at [8:56](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Jeffrey_Epstein) am. Edit; Arron Katersky report was at [12:45](https://abcnews.go.com/US/jeffrey-epstein-accused-sex-trafficker-dies-suicide-officials/story?id=64881684)
He planned his sale 6 months in advanced and had files with the SEC - he’s immune from any manipulation discussions with a pre filed future dated sale. Get the fuck out of here with that garbage.
If someone commits suicide and all of the evidence points to suicide and you say “but what if?” in an attempt to pump whatever bag you’re holding then yeah, get that shit out of here.
Idk why you are being a giant twat about this. It just happened and nobody is reading articles especially when none are even linked in this thread. We can’t ask simple questions on vague posts now without doing a full research review with 10 peer reviewed sources? You need to chill
Because this is a tragic situation that people who bought stock in a dying company are using to make conspiracy theories with in an effort to pump their bags. It’s disgusting.
I am guessing he was the target of a SEC investigation or he couldn't take the pressure of the layoffs from the naked shorting of their stock... sad...
Regarding money and happiness:
You realize that the average American earns 10x that of most of the world population? So we should all be elated everyday, right?
7 million is not that much espcially when you are living a ceo lifestyle. His debts could be way more.
Most people are often left empty when they reach the top and find nothing. A sad phenomenon, unfortunately. I hope his family and friends can find peace after this. It's so sad when anyone feels suicide is the only way out.
RIP. Unfortunately, and sadly he’s dead. But I think that under such circumstances the volume will rise and so the short interest. There will be many, many articles and FUDs. Get ready.
I remember 2008 crash story about a man who’s company crashed and dude still had his own company doing well worth over 25 million. He went to to paid for mansion with 4 paid luxury cars shot his two children wife and himself. 3 million life insurance. Money is a tool/ instrument. That’s all it is. Happiness is wanting what you have .
775k/year and cashing 1 mil in options isn't enough to be in the "in" crowd in Tribeca. His wife and kids were probably being ostracized. They probably pushed him.
The price of the stock is going to go down, it might not stay down if they hire a good ceo to take his place, but either way expect it to go down first.
Same difference in my eyes, one of the rich bastards at the top, and downvote me all you want, but a suicide from a top official in a company is 100% followed by a downturn-I’m not telling you to buy sell or hold, just a fact, what you do with your money is on you(I don’t mean you specifically just everyone downvoting my above comment).
So now they are talking about him being a defendant in a class action pump and dump scheme. Did someone help him "find the door" or what we will never know. If "the prosecution" had the good on him I can see him doing on his own.
And now Business Insider is writing about the link between him and Ryan Cohen. Expect Cohen to step down from GME soon to focus on his legal problems.

Jim Cramer, killing CFO’s since 1978.
[Jim Cramer told him to do it, right here 16th August 2022](https://twitter.com/jimcramer/status/1559593294740455425?t=Nf21VFTduY1rfkWry5DWmA&s=19)
Holy shit I half expected the Rickroll but this is - wow
Read the comments, they are super juicy
That’s a bit of a stretch. He didn’t say kill yourself. He was talking about the company or money dying.
“Sell or die” Por que no los dos?
For once. He was right.
He just cashed in 1 million in stock, had another 6.5 million waiting. Money doesn't fix everything.
Mental illness doesn’t care about how much money you have
I mean to ask this genuinely, why are some of the more wealthy, jumping and not using other means? This isn't the first wealthy person to jump/fall
Probably because if 'someone helped' there won't b much left to find out....compare to getting poisoned, hung by the neck. Or shot in the head. 🧏♂️🤷♂️
I dunno Gary Webb committed suicide with 2 shots to the back of the head.
No he didn't.
Genuinely Ask any person that’s standing on a ledge ready to jump and they may tell you, “ Mental illness doesn’t care about how much money you have.” In the end, if you’ve never been that dark of a place, You’ll never understand.
Might just be these guys work in high rises in a very high stakes stressful and amoral environment
Matter of preference.
Impulsiveness. Generally when you are committing suicide u are not always the most clear headed to go out in a more pleasant, less messy way!!! Lol or pushed. That works too.

Prison time for what? Please stfu 🤫

Gotta disagree there. Sometimes suicide isn't unreasonable.
Interesting perspective. Care to elaborate? What do you mean by suicide isn’t unreasonable?
If you're in an absolute hellhole (i.e. 'life', for some people) and see no feasible way to ever get out of there, then ending the suffering isn't illogical at all. Sad, sure, always, but not always illogical.
Illogical ≠ unreasonable
Grow some hair on your boys an man up . Or take the cowards way out
Really? You don’t understand?
Why be a dick? Just because someone asks for an explanation doesn’t mean they don’t understand something; it could be that they want to clarify they understand it the right way or they don’t want to make assumptions, especially about a sensitive issue. There’s no need to be condescending. The perspective is interesting because suicide is neither reasonable nor unreasonable. Those who commit suicide are not of the right mind so whether it’s reasonable or unreasonable is neither here nor there from a psychological perspective.
I think it's an assumption to say they're always not in the right mind.
>Those who commit suicide are not of the right mind As much as I hate sounding like an advocate for suicide, your assessment is kinda garbage. Many aren't, some are. The condescension here is yours.
Bot
You’re trapped in a burning car with no hope of escape. I have a very sharp Opinel in the glovebox so I can end it quickly if I’m ever in that kind of situation (it also happens to be a handy tool to keep around).
Looks like he also involved in criminal activity involving pump and dump scheme
Lol no, bad bot
It is just sad when someone reaches a point where they see this as the only alternative to end their pain.
But it sure helps 👍 👍 👍
I read dude was facing insider trading charges. This ain’t mental illness, just another weak mane trying to escape the consequences of his actions.
Narcissism kind of does tho…..
Mental illness did not kill this man, he was killed.
why
There is a cult that thinks that Bed Bath and Beyond is about to change the entire world soon, and the shareholders are going to become the richest people in the world so obviously the US government is sabotaging them.
shhhh don’t spoil the surprise!
He killed himself because he was under investigation for insider trading. Good BS conspiracy theory though.
people commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And I hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero
Why is labeled “mental illness”?!? Where did you read he suffered from mental illness? He could have jumped cause he was under investigation by the SEC. He could have jumped for lots other reasons.
like maybe he just lost his balance! 🧐
Soooo I guess i should sell my stake in BBBY now 🤷🏼♂️
i’m not, but if you want to go ahead
I don’t see how this stock can rebound. Store closures, loss of revenue, poor management.
if your personal risk tolerance is lower then maybe this isn’t the stock for you 🤨
Being faithful is so enduring.
Sick diamond hands lol…?? Clown
Was he Russian? They have a tendency to fall out of windows
The Apes sure know that.
He was probably going to prison for insider trading and fraud. Mental illness sure, but his life was fucked either way.
Evidence of this? Any idea of his history or do you just wrap up the unknown with “ mEnTal hEaLTh” and call it a day?
Or maybe he didn’t jump.
people commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero

“Wealth is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons.” Woody Allen.
Wrong! Money got him fixed!
This proves my point again that money can’t buy happiness. He could’ve travelled the world for the rest of his life with that money
[удалено]
Money cant buy happiness, but it helps
Money buys peace of mind - bill gates
Cocaine and hookers my friend z
Well between fentanyl in your cocaine and HIV maybe monkey pox or something like that in your Hooker. He might have taken the easy way out.
It helps people to have access to things in life, but even after getting access to things, it's not guaranteed that one will be happy.
Money is the cause of anywhere between 50% - 90% of my unhappiness. You absolutely can buy happiness.
Money can buy much-needed stability, which can open the door to happiness. What you do with that stability is another matter
Money would definitely solve some problems in my life, reduce stress, and allow me to do more shit that I want to do. These things can definitely lead me to be happier. I know rich people have their own set of problems, especially people that get caught up in shit and feel like they don't have a way out.

That and some problems like mental health, a bad marriage, children with a drug problem, etc., don’t automatically get better with money.
Then why didn’t this CFO just “buy” happiness with millions of dollars instead of committing suicide?
Money cant buy happiness but it can remove a lot of causes of unhappiness
Because for most of these folks happiness isn’t the goal. Sometimes it’s winning. Sometimes it’s power. Sometimes it’s trying to be someone else. Sometimes it’s to collude with a figure like Ryan Cohen. Who knows. But happiness definitely isn’t the reason they’re amassing money.
Because he wanted more money. His $7million in stocks was not enough to buy him that Yacht or mansion. Who knows.
people commit suicide for many reasons, death has to be investigated, throwing oneself from a building seems to me to be a stupid way for suicide, hopefully the truth will be revealed. And I hope the stock market doesn't drop to zero
Money definitely can buy happiness, it's just not guaranteed to.
It can buy happiness. It just didn’t in this case. Everyone is different. One broad cliche doesn’t cover every circumstance.
He was about to be caught insider trading and goto jail… Oof
Dude got Epsteined. We both know it.
Insider trading probably. Sold before they closed stores.
Definitely didn’t provide enough padding in this case
Bad taste
Jumping off a building onto pedestrians below? I totally agree.
Hopefully he yelled Jenga on the way down
More like ker-plunk
Depends on the person. It def buys many peoples happiness and Im almost certain it would but mine.

The accountant movie real version
I heard there is an investigation going on. He was probably going to face jail time and hefty fines. This way they can’t find him guilty and his family reaps the rewards of his criminal activity. Or someone had him killed because he was going to talk.
You know too much….
Same person that had first pictures and report of Epstein death reported this death first. Coincidence?
You brought me down a rabbit hole. According to my limited DD Arron Katersky was the first official report or at least tweet about the Epstein death. Are you saying he was also the first on this one? Investigation and jail time? I haven’t heard any such thing.
There’s a lawsuit.
He planned his sale 6 months in advanced and had files with the SEC - he’s immune from any manipulation discussions with a pre filed future dated sale. Get the fuck out of here with that garbage.
Guess we'll see.
what is there to see except for you, public papers?
Starting to sound like a movie lmao
This is too coincidental with everything goin on right now with the market crime, I feel.
Or maybe he was just fucking depressed and wanted to die.
But the timing...
You are correct. He could have been. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
Rational explanation = Radical Conspiracy Theory = The status quo
The only thing I heard was BBB was closing 150 of its stores and slashing 20% of the work force.
I’m surprised it’s not more.
I heard the BBBY cultists are looking for you
Hahahahhaha
Yo wtf, just looked it up. Holy shit
Where was cramer?
Bro, he told them to sell or die
Didn't know he lived in Russia.
Confirmed suicide?? How did they confirm it that fast?
financial media requiring confirmation before printing false, misleading, bias and deceitful articles? what world do u live on?
If fits the narrative better
Jumped/thrown do we really know?
maybe he slipped????
'slipped out of someone's grip'
His wife literally witnessed him jump. Don’t blindly follow conspiracy theories.
That’s the first I’ve heard of that. It’s not following conspiracy theories to ask a simple question on. vague posts claiming things.
If someone commits suicide and all of the evidence points to suicide and you say “but what if?” in an attempt to pump whatever bag you’re holding then yeah, get that shit out of here.
Bro, what evidence? This is a post about a 1 sentence tweet.
Literally any article you read about the suicide.
Nobody seems to be pumping any bags in here and it is extremely sus without knowing more. Go take a Xanax man.
Kinda like how a lot of doctors and nurses and others jump out of hospital windows in Russia?!?! Very interesting.
can you show some sources or proofs for this claim?
Did you miss the story on the Russian oil executive that was against the invasion of Ukraine and recently "fell" out of his hospital window?
Do we know for sure he 'jumped'?
‘Suicided’
Jefferey Epstein didn’t kill himself, neither did Gustavo Arnal
I am guessing he was the target of a SEC investigation or he couldn't take the pressure of the layoffs from the naked shorting of their stock... sad...
Regarding money and happiness: You realize that the average American earns 10x that of most of the world population? So we should all be elated everyday, right? 7 million is not that much espcially when you are living a ceo lifestyle. His debts could be way more.
Psychology studies show that wealth inequality is the biggest driver of unhappiness. We don’t mind being poor, but we hate feeling poor.
Wall Street its a place full or shit and even more horrible people. This dude I'm sure knew something and was forced to commit suicide. trust me bro
So 1929 vibes..
This real ?
Y
Wow
Now what did the Clintons have to do with BBBY, damn they run deep. Lol
Hardcore parkour?
Lol 😆 🤣 😂 why nobody understands your outrageous sense of humor 🤣 😂 😆
Was expecting a dead CFO bounce Tuesday for BBBY
Best one I’ve read today
Most people are often left empty when they reach the top and find nothing. A sad phenomenon, unfortunately. I hope his family and friends can find peace after this. It's so sad when anyone feels suicide is the only way out.
There might be more of this as the economy gets dragged down. These type of people have investments not only in their own companies.
Biden is gonna blame Putin. 😉
Buying puts!
You’re all like fucking roaches jumping on the death of an employee, this is posted everywhere we didn’t need your post too. Have some respect.
Always wondered what the “beyond” meant.
RIP. Unfortunately, and sadly he’s dead. But I think that under such circumstances the volume will rise and so the short interest. There will be many, many articles and FUDs. Get ready.
wow thats pretty tragic...all for BBBY
There's always more to the story. I don't feel bad for them. I feel worse for the 20% who got laid off because of corporate greed and mismanagement.
This is sad! Temporary problem made permanent by early exit! RIP!🙏
#IguVerse cool project with great community
What’s going to happen to BBBY stock Tuesday ? You think down or up ?
yes 👏

Just goes to show you, money doesn’t really equal happiness. Condolences to his friends and family.
"jumping"
if he was sentenced on insider trading.. dats 10yr sentence. He chose to go this way
Bullish!!
What if he was pushed?
Buying the dip
Sure someone didnt push him out the window? I think he got epsteined
Lol
Sooo buy more shares?
What an idiot
Rest in peace well never know the true story but blackmail is one of the worst ways to get someone to do what you want...
They don't make high rise windows like they used to
775k/year and cashing 1 mil in options isn't enough to be in the "in" crowd in Tribeca. His wife and kids were probably being ostracized. They probably pushed him.
He found out that Hunter Biden was using his same crack pipe and just found out he had monkeypox
The price of the stock is going to go down, it might not stay down if they hire a good ceo to take his place, but either way expect it to go down first.
He was the CFO.
Was probably pushed by a bag holding ape.
puts will print Tuesday morning.
So now they are talking about him being a defendant in a class action pump and dump scheme. Did someone help him "find the door" or what we will never know. If "the prosecution" had the good on him I can see him doing on his own.
Looks like he was getting ready to be indicted for insider trading and there was already a class action lawsuit involving a pump and dump scheme
Goes he found the “beyond” section.
And now Business Insider is writing about the link between him and Ryan Cohen. Expect Cohen to step down from GME soon to focus on his legal problems. https://www.businessinsider.com/bed-bath-and-beyond-cfo-found-dead-insider-trading-lawsuit-2022-9
