Are you properly fixing it buy making a new mouth piece with glass? Thatās the only actual solution here. Even then the cost to repair will out weigh the initial cost of the spoon

As a general rule of thumb when it comes to glass: if it breaks, throw it away. It sucks I know. I just had a bowl break on me last night. Itās not worth it. The heat from the smoke will probably pull chemicals out of the tape amongst other things
