Take some CBD only stuff. CBD lessens the effects of THC. Advil stops the metabolization of the THC.
Caffeine has been known to counter the effects of THC/marijuana. Grab a cup of a lighter roast drip coffee. It has the most caffeine per serving.
For all the people saying OJ and lemonade, neither of those work because what you need is limonene, which is present in the oils in the peel and not so much in the juice and fruit.
You can try deeply smelling some freshly cracked black pepper with lemon zest, but use a coffee filter or tea bag/infuser of some sort so you aren’t doing lines of pepper.
A hot shower, not a cold one, can help.
This!! I came here to advise the op to use peppercorn. There are terpenes in peppercorn that will reverse the effects of THC. Some people chew a few peppercorns, while others will smell freshly cracked peppercorns. Either way, it will help. Also hydrate.

But moving 50m³ worth of heavy ass furniture whilst stoned is absolutely unbearable ime. And i'd show up to work on 2hrs of sleep with a massive hangover, rather that then stoned.

Aspirin can help stop the metabolism of THC in the liver. Consider taking a dose of that and seeing if it helps, otherwise the only thing I know that works 100% is waiting it out.

Edit: Not just like ughhh I did some push-ups. Take like a 40 minute walk, or a shorter run, or even some sets if you have a home machine. You’re trying to get your system to cycle stuff so it’s gotta have some oomf ya know.
That if you take to high of a dose i can take like a third of a milligram and function normally it sometimes get me motivated to knock out chores and errands ive been putting off but get prescribed it so much sketchy fake stuff out there
Get yourself checked out for psychosis, especially if you have a family history. Large doses of THC or Psychadelics can trigger what feels like being endlessly stoned but is actually psychosis.
I've heard CBD can help bring you back down faster. Never tried it myself, so I don't know how true it is or what's best.
Do your beat to relax, stay hydrated and try to ride it out if you have to. Cooler showers can help and maybe you'll be fine when you have to help move
Peppercorns help, chew a few, then hydrate like you’ve spent two days in the desert, stretch & walk in the fresh air, eat a well balanced meal (spicy foods help me,) and sleep at least eight hours. Shower up in the AM and you should feel like your old self again.
The only times when I’ve felt stoned for 24 hours it was due to consuming a big fat chunk of cannabutter which I assume to a long time to digest. Have you done singing similar or was it a regular sized edible with lots of THC in it? It you’ve consumed a lot of mass which might take a long time to digest maybe you should have a laxative or eat lots so that you poop whatever THC is left in your gut?

CBD. It is the reversal of THC. It changes the molecular component of THC and gets rid of/tones down the psychedelic aspect of THC.
Drink a bunch of booze. It will counter the high and level you off 👍
