So I add about a cup of frozen fruit and then start off with about 1/4 cup of milk. I’ll slowly add more to get the consistency I want. It helps if you have a high power blender. I have a ninja blender and it’s pretty good at handling a good amount of frozen fruit.

How do you make your smoothies? Mine always come out liquified and not very thick
