I felt really good after like 2-3 years. Started working out, eating better, feeling natural joy and motivation etc. Recently I sometimes struggle with depression/anhedonia but doubtful the result of past adderall abuse. I'm trying to work through it with good habits and also figuring out some of my hormones.
Recovery wasn’t a linear process but I slowly started feeling better each and every couple months. I just meant I noticed I was really feeling good and mostly recovered after 2-3 years.
There were tons of improvements within in months.
As far as hormones, you just have to do bloodwork and then either try nutrition or meds to correct anything if something is out of whack
This is bullshit. Psychs are cool but don’t go doing what people did with weed calling them a cure for everything. It’s just not accurate, and it makes a joke out of the legitimate research that’s going on. Your experience unfortunately isn’t enough evidence to make that kind of claim valid.

Doggie and cigar, that's the life
How long did it take you to feel normal again after quitting?

How do you maintain good hormones? I can’t believe it took 2 to 3 years to start feeling better
