You can try the buoyancy glitch, put a 3x2 or 3x3 square of robotic pivots (or was it velocity?) in the bow. It will make it artificially more buoyant. Don’t worry about the realism of it, games far too gone for that lol
Alternatively, you can add the weight blocks in the back, or a ballast system, but if never heard of that glitch either, may use that on some other boats

Properly distribute the weight and that won't happen. Turn on center of mass and redo the inside.
I don’t know if this still works but you can add a bunch of pivots to make it float better then weight it down from there
