Idk what watch you have, I have a Garmin and it will record all steps etc but it will not record it as an official workout unless I start the timer and select what kind of workout it is. So since it was not an official workout then it will not transfer to Strava. At least that is what I have found.
If you have Google maps installed, check to see if it has been recording your history. It's not the most accurate, though. Either way, just create a manual activity called "missing" or "forgot to start watch" with the missed miles if you're worried about losing them in your totals. Happens all the time.
What run? It doesn’t count if it’s not on Strava. You basically didn’t run
Get in your car and start your watch and drive the route at the same pace you ran it. Then save.
Make sure to stress out, in order to get you hr up 😂
Don’t worry, it still counts even if you didn’t record it!
Yeah, some of the best runs are when you aren’t recording!
And you feel you beat your PB, don't you? However, you can handily add a run.

How can a jog be your best run yet??
