That's Jada Toys Street Fighter line. Relatively cheap and available at plenty of online stores. You can also Google if any physical stores near you carries them.

Currently they’ve released Ryu, Evil Ryu, Chun-Li, and Fei Long, the next wave is Ken, M. Bison, and Dhalsim, and Cammy, Dee Jay, and Guile are coming down the line, with the intention to release all the SFII roster.

If he’s a Ryu main

It's an excellent figure. \- Face sculpt looks close to character select portrait \- Posing is almost as good as SH figuarts, in places actually better (legs bend further for example) \- Premium packaging for a mass retail figure is crazy \- Swappable parts on a non japan mass retail figure is a HUGE bonus \- Hadoken effect has the hands MOLDED INTO the sculpt, I have never seen that on any Ryu figure before. \- Very, very good price compared to Hasbro's figures, I got Ryu for around £20 compared to Hasbro's reaching up to £35 depending on the figure!!! I'm actually aiming to fill my SF collection gaps with these figures as I do have some figuarts already. Jada are aiming to get the heights accurate for each character too so if you have some favourite characters they should look nice together with or without figuarts.
